The overall level of casualization in FPS games this gen

who wants to get lost? I hate games like that.There is a part in HALO CE towards the end that gets all "maze like" and I hated it..finally got out but that ONE part I hate..otherwise perfect game..Most fps I play you can run around everywhere. Sure the action is in designated areas that you follow but thats how a game progresses..I dont want to run around for 3hrs trying to find what to do..thats what Zelda is for..lol

better question why do you want to play a platfomer turned fps? just dont do much for me..Unless its UT,Quake,ect multiplayer..Like I stated..im a human, I cant jump 30' in the air,I dont jump from shelf to shelf,I dont want much of that in my fps games..Ever play the first Ghost Recon? Medal of Honor Spearhead,Rainbow6"before it became a normal fps?"...that is what i like normally. You seem to have a very hard time accepting a difference in opinion?why?

My problem with FPS today is the level design, ever since Call of Duty 4 it has been popular to make every FPS a bloody corridor shooter. Its like I don't mind that type of game in moderation like everything else, but throw me a Serious Sam 3 or STALKER more often too.

I love how the "elite" come in and try and down play everything people like. in other words everything "POP"..if you dont like something be it videogame,music,tv,movie,clothes ect...then move on..do your own thing. BUT why care what others find enjoyment in? Will you only be truly happy when everyone follows you into your perfect world? My god..its nothing more than a f&*( videogame guys..lol..

OH..I see...so because people dont like to play oldschool arena shooters they are ignorant sheep? So what about other genres of games? None have the pull they once had. WHY? because games like cod/moh/halo ect are fun to people.SO WHAT?? if you want to play your old game,go play..but dont put down others likes just because you pissed people and the industry have moved on.
