The Wii isn't even in the same league as the PS3 and 360...

it doesn't have HD graphics, no good online play, no good dashboard to watch movies and stuff. It's purely JUST a gaming machine. and a damn good one. However, sony and microsoft made gaming machine's into a combination of gaming and home entertainment. Nintendo just doesn't deliver in that department.

so even though the wii has a great library and im sure their are lots of ppl who play the wii more than ps3 or xbox, despite that, and sales, can we all agree that the wii is the worst console this gen?

I wouldn't say the worst. I own all three and love the wii. It does have netflix and yes, you can watch videos(even though not very many). It's still a great console, just different:D. I just think if i wanna play some call of duty or halo, i use my 360 or mlb the show then my ps3, or some old school mario, thats when i play the wii.

In my honest opinion the Wii can jump off a cliff.

you paid 199,99 for a wii -at launch 249 , if you bought yours at launch of course 249,

if hd was included wii would cost 349.99-500 (could be 600 , motion controls cost money to)

nintendo did not want to make the mistake sony made

so they didnt included hd , so what we still got awsome games

you pay 300 you get half-appearently by sonys rules-no ps2 bc

you pay 199,99 you get only 4 gigs of memory

you pay 199 for a wii you get motion gaming and xbox 1 plus visuals ,

no hd you pay 1000 you get a good gaming rig its a simple known fact,

I like 360, PS3 vastly better than Wii as gaming machines myself, the HD visuals, Kinect, multipltforms and exclsuives like Fable 3, Demon Souls etc are more than enough for that, i only own 4 Wii games and got it at launch

Nintendo's really under-delivered in the features area this gen.

I mean you can't even playback regular DVDs on Wii or even playyour music properly on it. WFT is that all about!

It's got some cool features and some good games but it's so far behind in so many other ways, that I personally also think are important, that it's not even funny.

You misunderstand a game library is only important to cows and lems when it's ps3 vs 360 otherwise it doesn't count :)

One issue I have with Nintendo is in regards to how they try to avoid as many licensing costs as possible. The whole thing about not being able to play DVD's is kinda weird.

i dont think that was rly Nintendo's idea. Netflix themselves can voluntarly put their service on the Wii.

I did not like any Wii game as much as Fable 3 or DS myself, Zelda TP would be the only one to rival it and was a vast dissapointment

generally i like RPGs and Wii has nothing much to even remotly come close to the games i like best

It is rather simple

Demons Souls and Fable 3 are the kind of games i like best, my best this generation

Then come games like Alan Wake, Gears, Halo, Mass Effect 1-2, Fable 2, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Tales of Vesperia, Castlevaniaetc

And future ones like Gears 3, Mass Effect 3, Project Draco, Project Dark !!!!!, Dragon Age 2, Bioshock Infinite !!!!etc

Wii has nothing like them, so by default is my least important system

And that, without counting the lack of multipltforms, good online, HD, Kinect next gen controls, the dissapointing Zelda TP etc
