Still have my launch PS3. My Wii I bought in 2009-2010. I have a 360S, so that's not the original.

my original x360 broke down last year so i got the slim. that was the launch model though lasted a few years
I'm on my 2nd 360 and my 2nd PS3. Both of my old ones still work though. Still on my first Wii and with the amount it gets played it would take me a long time to even realise if it was broken. I think i have changed computers 3 times since 2006, I'm currently gaming on a laptop but plan on building a new PC sometime into the next console gen.

When did you buy a 360 and when did you buy a PS3?
Launch Wii is still going it should be it hardly got played
My launch PS3 60gig with BC YLOD so I had to buy the new Slim model this year which I think looks awesome so I'm happy with that
The Xbox 360 RROD 3 times, after the 3 time just bought a new system which got RROD, now I have the slim with kinect still going for Now
LOL my pc got upgraded about twenty times since 2005, but I still have my xbox 360 core! Weirdly to this day it still works fine and never RROD'd. Guess I was one of the lucky few.

Sold my launch Wii the wife got me about 3 years ago, thats just after I got my PS3. So I still got my original PS3. Pretty reliable.
4th 360
just bought my 2nd PS3
1st Wii, but it is only used for Netflix in my room for about 30 minutes a night.
Still on my 1st wii from launch, 1st 360 (20gb) in 2007 and 1st ps3 (40gb) in 2008. Â No idea how that happened.
lmao i just realised how that might have sounded. By that I meant I've bought 20 odd things, couple of mobos, gfx cards, cpus etc, plus went through a few cases, psu's and of course keep changing my keyboard and mouse.

Got a launch 360 that I repaired, 4 360 slims and a phat PS3 that I got when MGS4(lol) came out. Gave the Wii away yonks ago. PC ready for an upgrade/rebuild.
On my third 360 in almost 8 years and 3rd PS3 in almost 7 years. While I did own a Wii 2 times, it never broke.Â
I'm still using my launch Wii, second PS3 and 7 or 8th xbox. I lost count and I have a post somewhere on here that I counted it all out, but I don't feel like doing it again and don't feel like searching through for it.
Nintendo, as always, builds reliable systems and have never let me down.Â
I didn't buy an extended warrenty for the wii-u, but I haven't decided if I need to get one for the PS4. Sony in general is pretty good and when my PS3 died it was a launch model 2 days after owning it, so it was still under warrenty. No problems since.Â
If MS convinces me to get the next xbox too, I WILL invest in the protection plan. Even though on my Elite I did, but then it fried after 3 years, just enough to be outside of any warrenty. Gofigure lol
OtogiMy 360 broke around late '06
, never bought one again and focused solely on PC gaming.Â
As of '08, i've owned a Wii, and a ton of other older consoles. Still have that little Wii, but i rarely play on it.. Â
A few days ago i picked up a original Xbox, and am currently collecting some of its hidden gems.Â
