CoD4 isn't even as close to being as good graphically as Alan Wake. The enviroments are massive (unlike CoD's linear levels) and the physics are amazing (CoD4's physics are awful).

i dont really want max payne 3. 2 ended fine, no cliff hanger every important person is dead really and stuff is resolved. if they make a 3rd its going to be just stupid i hate when series continue once they should be finished

The game relys on multiple cores so the 360 version should be fine and even PC gamers won't have to buy another 500 to 700 dollar graphic's card for it.Truffle-Shuffle

As impressive as Mass effect is, the technology in Alan Wake absolutly destroy's ME. Alan Wake is only rivaled by Crysis/Far Cry 2 and Project Offset as far as absolut engine technology goes.

Wow you are totally misinformed. The PC has been its lead platform for ever. Nvidia even used alan wake as a demo to show off there new graphics cards. Intel used thetornado in the alan wake to show off there what a quad core could do.wow some people need to do some research before opening their mouth.

Alan wakes graphics are top notch, I dont expect a $100 card to fully run it maxed out!. Ifits going to run it at medium settings than there's no point in getting a pc, since the 360 will look similar.

Ah, yes. This was in my profile awile back. Thanks for reposting! Check out those twister effects; Aside from the phycological story sequences, I hope Remedy puts in some environmental gameplay like this to challenge Alan too.

The 360 only has 3 cores but according to mixuk from Remedy it shouldn't matter.

The graphics engine looks like a slightly updated soruce engine and the game is much bigger then HL2 but not much better looking..

Mass Effect and Assasins Creed seem more impressive in my opinion i just can't get hyped over a game demo. Especially after seeing the MGS4 20th Annivesary playthrough.

I've got to totally and completely disagree with you. I was highly anticipating Alan Wake...until I saw that trailer. The game looks quite mediocre unless they show close-ups of peoples faces. Even then they aren't any more extraordinary that we we are seeing NOW for games.

Sorry, but until more information and videos come out, this game just slipped a notch. I think this game is driven more by fanboy hype that actual objectivity.

Has the realease date been announced? I've been waiting long for this game. My PC is just sitting there.

Oh yeah, from the videos and the tech demo, the specs look to be quite high, but I hope that it's not as high as Crysis. By the time this game comes out, I'll have an 8800GTX and I hope that's enough with a Core 2.
