So don't buy those games. Problem solved.
This has never been an issue. A broken and buggy game fails and the developers cannot continue to function. It's been that way for 30 years. Not changing now.
At the worst the people who backed the projects that fail lose some money. Developers who have failed Kickstarter games can't just come back and beg for more money to make games. If their first one failed to make any profit because it was trash, word of mouth gets out and they'll never be able to gain any money through crowd funding. It's a problem that takes care of itself.
Meanwhile tons of working and good games get launched each year on the PC. Play those. Problem solved.
Making up excuses to not play PC games isn't hurting anybody but yourself. Also if you want short and linear $60 games for their "cinematic" quality, then keep gaming on the console. PC gaming is doing fine without your money and you're the one missing out on some of the best games ever made.
