Capcom need note for the next iteration of Dead Rising.

The first Titanfall had potential but left a lot to be desired. Hopefully the sequel will be what the first game should have been.
Now the question is, will you guys be getting the superior 4K PC version, the 1080P PS4 version, or the inferior 900P Xbone version of Titanfall 2?

Hell, I even want it for X360 and PS3.
Only way I'm gonna be bothered about this is if it has single player. If it's multi-only again, off the radar it goes.
Titanfall 2 announced; coming to Xbox One, PS4, and PC
Titanfall founder and CEO Vince Zampella has confirmed Titanfall 2 is in development and will be released on multiple platforms.
Speaking to IGN ahead of tonight's BAFTA Game Awards, Zampella, whose title is nominated in three categories, acknowledged the game's existence for the first time.

Time for cows to love it and for lems to say they're not bothered about it. Sheep am cry.
annnnnnddddd.... BEGIN!
If it has bots and the player count is tiny, then I'm still not buying it.

I feel like they could do some awesome open battlefield single player with this where you take part in huge battles or something, take strategic points, large groups of mechs Vs mechs etc. idk, the mechs are the only cool part about the franchise, always loved mechs and since Zone Of The Enders 3 has been ethered this may well could be my mech fix. If it's multi-only though, what a waste.

No, you really don't. It will completely gimp the level design and AI again. Screw all that.
Seems like Lems/Herms need Cow's help in sales.
(sad face)
Actually, depending on how you look at it, the 4-5 million sold is not bad for a new IP, but Titanfall was on Xbox 360/X1/PC and that is a huge combined userbase. The number should've been much better but it wasn't. Is it the game's fault, or do Lems/Herms really need outside help for some of the heavy lifting? You double-hop onto that ledge over there and think about that question for a sec.
Not really, Xbox 360 software has only been surviving with mostly established AAA ips like COD. PC also has this interesting fact where usually most of a time, a shooter that is released on PC's and consoles either dies on PC or dies on consoles, and usually both areas don't sell well. A COD like FPS was not going to set PC gamers on fire.
Until they add a single player worth a damn I don't care for their silly titanfall game.
This is another reason, even some arcade mode with 10 stages would help.

Doesn't even have to be BF like in numbers. 6v6 is too call of duty like. I want at least 10v10, no bots, with mechs. That too, it needs a single player campaign. Length is not too important, just as long as it makes sense.
Hopefully this one will have more content. The first one was great fun, but the lack of content killed it in the long run.
Really liked the first one, but the campaign was just really bad. Nobody even payed attention to the in game movies because they were busy playing an online game. Many devs have tried to combine SP and MP, many have failed.
So I'm hoping this one has a proper Singleplayer, because I thought TItanfall had a really interesting setting.
Titanfall had so much potential for a fine single player campaign. The multiple planets, monsters, urban settings, mechs, and factions would have been great. If anything, they should have scrapped the multiplayer and just released an epic single player game. The multiplayer was nothing more than a fun diversion that got old after about a week.

lol, so salty as usual
Well that was expected! wonder if it will come out this year but anyways special thanks to all xbox owners for beta testing the first game! will get this full game on PS4
Congrats PS4 owners, you're getting a fantastic game, if it turns out as good as the first one anyways. I don't mean to be a jerk, and I've mentioned this before, but this is systems wars afterall.....one of the reasons TF was so great is because of its fantastic online performance, running on the dedicated cloud servers(you know the imaginary cloud that doesn't exist...), the fast paced nature of the game and the flawless online performance go hand in hand, so it makes me wonder how the PS4 version will perform, it's not like MS would allow them to run the game on their servers, and Respawn is a small studio apparently so I doubt they can provide dedicated servers for the massive PS4 population....and I don't think Sony has some to offer at this time, so it will be interesting to see how that gets implemented.
If it's as shallow as the first one where I enjoy it for two weeks before boredom sets in, I'm not buying it. They need to add a variety of more weapons, classes, and co op.
In fact, they need to include a proper and fleshed out Single Player or I'm just not interested.
Also, Respawn said last year the sequels were coming to PS and it was well known, this just seals the deal...meh.
exclusive to pc/x1 or not it will always stay a POS of a shooter. they nailed the shooting mechanics and map mobility but failed at everything else. can i expect that "everything else" to improve in the sequel? I doubt it.
@nini200:
Titanfall is Titanfail because it is a mediocre game AT BEST and it vastly underperformed in terms of sales. How they got a sequel I have no idea, but as others have said there is no way I am buying it until is is under $20 with how over-hyped and undervalued the original was. EA will use a firehose of marketting money to buy positive spin/reviews just like they did last time - here begins the monthly Titanfail 2 hype "articles" for the next year and half.
Don't care. Cows called it TitanFail but now that it's on PS4, they will be calling it TitanLord, TitanGod, TitanSavior, TitanLove, TitanSony, TitanKaz and will be pushing it as if it's the second coming. Cows are the hypocrites of SW lol
Cows have know about TF2 comming to PS4 since before TF1 released. Its not surprise here.
Thats why you dont see anyone in this thread excited about this announcement.
The devs themselves said multiple times (even before TF1 came out) that TF2 will be on PS4 and the only reason TF1 was not on PS3-4 (even tho they had a very early build) was because M$ paid them not to release it on PS3-4.
Actually nowhere in the article does it say PS4. Look at Gamespot's coverage of the same article. IGN was looking for clicks and bam they got it. In your case though it was NeoGaf getting lifted of their forum topics as usual.
Thread Backfire
Nope this is IGN. I've even refreshed the page, the title of their article still stands, they would have been corrected by now being such a well known gaming website and all. You can't even blame 'twitter douches' this time either.
I'm afraid your lust to find any backfires after your amazingly backfirery topic is coming up smelling like desperation and nothing else. Kuu2 gonna kuu2.
