We all know why the Lemmings are out in force in this thread and we all know why they are REALLY butthurt..
Had Microsoft given even half a flying goddamn **** about the XBox 360 in 2013, then perhaps they'd have a game that would be worth a remaster for the XBone. Whether new gamers are buying it for the first time (and there likely are) or people are rebuying it for the graphics upgrade or all the included DLC, the fact remains that Sony had a very strong GoTY candidate from 2013 that was good enough to stay relevant during a generation transition.
THAT is what the Lemmings won't talk about this thread because the truth hurts like a motherfucker when it comes to being an XBox gamer. They haven't had shit to talk about since like... 2012. The gaming press handed them Titanfall hype on a silver platter and it won't make the dent in pushing that new mess of a console they have anywhere near as much as a remaster of a 2013 PS3 game.

Being able to relive the glory days of Halo 2 (arguably thee greatest console multiplayer FPS of all time) is one of the best things coming up. Definitely a reason for me to buy a Xbox One (assuming MS is competent enough to hopefully bring a Xbox Halo bundle).

Is the personal insult really necessary? The whole argument against used games is unlike other items, they don't degenerate. If the disc is scratched they don't take the disc. You aren't getting a game that wont make it to the end due to use. I know how trading in an economy works. The analogy is poor. I know they dont last a thousand years, but its highly doubtful any one person will buy it and run to its failure.
I think David Jaffe put it best: A common, obnoxious game fan insult thrown at any game maker who voices that they don't like the current used game market system is that game makers are greedy.
