Rare? Hell no, they had good run on the N64, but when they became MS exclusive it all went downhill. They still develop quality games, but nothing really special.

Viva Pinata and Kameo disagree with you. Not great PDO was better than those two imo and PDO was not great either. Face it without Shigeru Miyamoto baby sitting Rare to make sure they do their home work all the new games are lacking polish.
I thought he said ALL TIME too.... Not bashing Rare or anything, they used to make some the of the best games on the planet. (DK64? Possibly the best 3d platformer ever) Nowadays Rare hasn't made anything that stands out.

by "all time" i really meant that would include devs that have gotten worse over time, and Rare still makes great games, just not amazing ones.
Blizzard is a great Developer, im sure. but thet arent on my list simply because i dont play mant of their games. :)

if it were as BIASED as possible it would have only included games that i enjoy on a reqular basis. like Bungie. my PC is garbage, but i chose to show appreciation to the PC mainly devs that have driven the industry. this is not "an unbiased opinion" its an opinion, without huge Bias's.

I dont see why it would be that big of deal, nearly all their game series has a AAA game in it.
Doesn't mean they are the best. They are basically only known for one game these days and that is Halo.
Not saying they are the best, but still it wouldnt be like some random thing as if Bungie is only a one hit wonder. They have made a whole lot of great games before Halo.
I know Myth and Marathon are great games, but this topic is about the best and Bungie doesn't belong in the Top 3.

IMO Nintendo shouldent be on there, they have made incredible titles dont get me wrong, but far too many crappy things like mario sports type games. FancyKetchup25
They usually just publish the sports games. The games by Nintendo are amazing and deserver to be on the list.
