The game is overrated.

I think Metroid Prime 3 was pretty underrated by some people/publications, and I think the same can be said of Assassin's Creed. While a repetitive game, I found it incredibly fun to play (and satisfying as hell when you assassinate someone), and a good example of what this gen's games should pull off.

Yeah, but not that overrated. It's got an interesting and colorful setting, a cool main character,a great soundtrack, pretty epic fights, and really addictive/fun multiplayer (when you don't get stuck with a bunch of 12 year old racists).

3. tie between World in Conflict and The Witcher-- PC games not called Crysis or WoW don't get enough attention

this was the most graphicaly impressive, most fun, best thought out, best story, best music every made for any game EVER!!!!

yet it is completely underrated and treated like the average shooter game.

Halo 3? If anything its overrated.. I think Mass Effect should have Halo's 9.5... Halo is just a straight forward linear FPS.. however, the multiplayer is good, not great though.

I think Uncharted and Mass Effect should have gotten better scores but hey I'm not complaining because as long as I know they're great that's all that matters.
