Hrm. Interesting. Did not know that SF V was not coming to XB1. I can't help but wonder if that'll be a timed exclusive. SF IV and the various iterations of it seemed to sell really well on both systems.

1. MCC launching as a broken game. ( It's still broken, lol)

2. MCC Scoring a 6.

3. Xbone flopping world wide.

4. Drive club flopping.

5. Xbones crushed blacks.

I think the Tomb Raider and Street Fighter deals.

Sure. Bayonetta 2 scoring a 10, and exclusives like the MCC and Driveclub flopping hard caused some butthurt, but the exclusivity deals of TR and SF hurt butts, not just in System Wars, but across the entire universe.

So far the word is it's a true console exclusive, that it'll never be on X1. But considering that the game will likely be relaunched half a dozen times who knows what might happen in the future.

"LOLZ, Tomb Raider is for 360 and not exclusive!!!". Personally, I have a 360 and Xbone, I just know I run across users that have NO idea that 2015 TR game is coming to 360.

True it's a timed deal, but a lot of users are surprised about the 360 version on the way.

If you consider having joined in February of 2013 new. I don't think that qualifies me as a senior member but I wouldn't call myself new either. I don't post all that much though. Just a little over a thousand posts in all that time. As far as words meaning something other than what they are suppose to mean today is the first I've ran into that. I knew about cows and lemmings and all that nonsense but I never use those terms cuz they're silly. But yeah, I found out that at SW the definition of flop has been cast aside for a shinier, infinitely more stupid meaning just a few hours ago.

Besides SF5 being exclusive to PS4...Ultra Street Fighter 4 and Guilty Gear Xrd are coming to PS4 and not Xbone as well.

PS4 already got Injustice GOTY and Xbone didn't. It seems PS4 is going to be the fighting console this gen.

While that is true, I was never talking about those that don't care. There's plenty of people in the world that don't care about a lot of things.

I was talking about the dozens of users I've spoken too that were legitimately surprised the game was coming to 360 and were sometimes furious as the game is due by Holiday 2015. I have had very detailed conversations with those users who did care about TR being on 360/Xbone and those couldn't believe it the game was releasing for 360. It's really unfortunate for those gamers that spent $350-$500 on a new next gen machine, looking forward to graphics/gameplay/AI/assets that take full advantage of the Xbone hardware. Instead, we are getting another HD port from 360 to Xbone. May as well buy in on the old machine at a lower resolution and save hundreds of $$$.

Cross gen developed games are holding the new machines back in big, big ways. The sooner the publishers and developers break away from the HD remasters and cross gen games, the better. I understand why cross gen development is happening (PS360 install base 170+ million vs. 17+ million PS4/Xbone install base), but it doesn't mean I have to like it.

Mark my words, Holiday 2015's 360/Xbone Rise of the Tomb Raider is going to be stacked up graphically against the next gen only Holiday 2015's PS4 Uncharted 4 as they are releasing near the same time, and to be honest, it's not going to be fair since U4 isn't being held back by cross gen development (U4 is next gen only, TR is cross gen ported).

Many people will definitely care and for those that do not care, my post can be skipped easily. This forum will probably be flooded with multiple topics and all of the sudden people that don't seem to care now, will suddenly be posting in those threads. There is going to be A LOT of trolling and people that suddenly "care". I've lived through this WAY TOO many times (SW veteran since the PS2/Xbox/Gamecube/Dreamcast era).

3) WiiU turning out to be the best console to own this year

2014 was an absolute shit year and I own all the systems. I wouldn't put the blame on ONLY the PS4, especially if I didn't even own one.

There were a couple of highlights like any shit year (Wii U and PC did okay, but it was still terrible), but 2014 was terrible overall.

If PS4 had an absolute shit year with 204 PS4 games released, what does that mean for my Xbone with only 136 Xbone games released?

Even the retail level we are looking at 87 games released in stores for PS4 vs. 82 for Xbone.

If we look at PS+ vs. GwG. PS4 got 27 free PS+ games vs. Xbone only getting 9 GWG free games. That's not even counting the three free Games Sony just gave away to gamers due to the Playstation Experience event. The ONLY category the Xbone comes out ahead in terms of gaming was exclusives and even then it was weak for both machines. VERY WEAK.

Still, 27 PS+ PS4 games >>>> 9 GWG Xbone Games.

Of course, I gamed a lot on last gen machines and PC to make up for how weak the Xbone and PS4 were this year.
