In-game, in-engine, its not the same as gameplay, and it sure didn't look like it to me either.

Sorry, but Resistance is an above average shooter at the very least, and people who say otherwise have not played enough shooters.

Wow the gore in this game is fantastic, I especially like the touch of the guys guts hanging out. :D

No offense, but the game to me is the PD0 of the PS3. It just left no impression on me and felt messy and unoriginal.

Oh, but just a reminder, if you have ever played Resistance, you would know it does not hold your hand, it is a fairly challenging shooter even on the normal difficulty setting. And enough of the crap, Mega Man isn't that hard, and it isn't that great either. Alot more imagination goes into Resistance, with the universe, the weapons, characters and setting.

I have played about 27 shooters if i count correctly, and Resistance isn't a system seller like they want it to be.

It may not be a system seller, but it is entertaining. If you want to know what average really is go play Turning Point. Now that's average!

27 out of my game collection of about 155 games.

I like the way you tried to act so smart about making presumptions about me. I was only defending Resistance which I thought was an entertaining game, and stating my opinion on what I think is an outdated and overated game, Mega Man 9. Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 are both overhyped pieces of crap too, but no one ever mentions that.

On any account the point was that I was not trying to look like a fan boy, or make it look like I was hyping R2, which I wasn't, not delibratly anyway. I don't hype games, I wait in anticipation until they come out. Then I read reviews get excited buy and become disapointed. Then I tear said game apart, which is where the real fun comes in.WasntAvailable

It's weird, in part 4 when he runs around the buildings after having killed that shield guy, it sort of looks like a cartoon. Like he stepped onto the set of The Incredibles or something. Think they're still in a bit of a Ratchet mood.

yes..in my opinion..from what i've read and seen of it,the game appeals to me alot more than the said 3.
