Watch Dogs DOES look far more interesting than GTA.

Jokes on you Ubisoft. I doubt I would have even started GTA5 by then.Â
As for your Watch Dogs game, yeah. I might even pre order.Â

Why deprive yourself of this awesome?

The answer is long and complicated but in short - I definitely don't feel deprived and I am happy that you find it awesome.Â
Isn't that what everyone says every time a new one is released? :P I'm just afraid of it feeling like a big waste of money. D;[QUOTE="zeroyaoi"]
[QUOTE="mitu123"]But GTA V is more fun than the previous ones.D=mitu123
Animations look very good from what I can see from your gif. ;o
That didn't happen for GTA IV, a lot of people didn't like that one, and heck, even I preferred the older ones to it.But GTA V is basically an improvement in every area from previous games from story to gameplay to even activities.
Yeah the animation system got a huge upgrade from GTA IV, it's pretty flawless.
Hated the aiming in 4,all the stupid phone calls, and emails. ;x Did they fix those?I would be willing to take the risk if I wasn't so poor at moment... and if Zelda, and pokemon weren't so close to release. :P

Yep, the aiming is way better and is more closer to Max Payne 3. You only get phone calls for certain missions, but not just for the sake of it like GTA IV.It was a stepforward in one area, but 2 stepbacks in others, quite a shame it couldn't get close to Vice City and San Andreas. Vice City is the best GTA game imo. I just love the music, the atmosphere, even Lazlo was at his best in Vice City.[QUOTE="ReadingRainbow4"]

I absolutely hated IV. It's the worst GTA game in my eyes.

Maybe people will stop playing GTA V temporarily. I was excited when WD first shown at E3 but now I lose interest completely. It looks unexciting
After seeing how amazing how GTA5 is I'll be hugely disappointed if Watch Dogs, does WOW me Gameworld wise given it PC/Next Gen target.
This thread is right up my alley, because I was going to make a thread in which I ask people to compare GTA V to Watch Dogs (based on what we've seen of Watch Dogs). Anyhow, after watching that fifteen minute gameplay video of Watch Dogs, I honestly think it looks like a stale, lifeless game, especially when compared to GTA V. GTA V's characters, though very offensive, are very entertaining and down to earth, while those of Watch Dogs (based on what I've seen) are mechanical and void of character, especially the protagonist. Furthermore, the city of Watch Dogs just isn't buzzing with life like Los Santos is; you don't see as many interesting happenings while walking or driving about. I have very little desire to play Watch Dogs; it looks utterly boring.

It portrays Chicago well. I was born there and it is a blue collar Midwestern city. If you like flamboyance stick with California.

I never said that it doesn't portray Chicago well. I said that it looks boring compared to Los Santos, which is its downfall.Â

You're making me want the game. :xIt sure didn't end well for them. :P
Do they still let you use a taxi for fast traveling? I know it's kind of crazy, but after a while I find the driving to be a chore. lol
I find Watchdogs more appealing but then again, they never had to win me over from GTA 5....
Edit:
Then again, GTA 5 looks so good that I might just get it for PC.... GTA 4 did burn me, though..

Why not just play both?

Boom. Some people act like you can't be actively involved in more than one single player game at a time. I'm usually working through 4 or 5 at once.

This is basically the description of it:"It's a 2D platformer with prerendered graphics about a guy named Copper who remembers all the bad times he had with many of his enemies and plans to get revenge to teach them a lesson to not mess with him. He earns weapons that are basically arm cannons from John Darfet who he met later on and uses them to go after his enemies but has to keep a promise to John to save his sister Catherine who was captured and slaved by the evil Rorcolos which is the main reason why Copper is allowed to use those weapons. The arm cannons has different kind of stars that do different actions from shooting to defending Copper from danger.
-Journey on a 14 stage quest to get revenge on your enemies and save the Manlos from the Rorcolos
-The Manlo Star that comes equipped with your arm cannons have many functions like rapidly shooting other stars, using lasers to attack multiple enemies in your way, spread fire to hit enemies that surround you and are above/below you and moreÂ
-Along with 2D platforming are vehicle sections as well, some even freely let you move across the environmentsÂ
-Fight gangsters, sluts, birds, aliens, evil midgets, pirates, robots, dinosaurs, electrical people, super soldiers and plenty more
-Game goes for a more comedic and non serious route so expect it to have a cheesy, campy, goofy, funny, etc. tone"

You don't think Watch Dogs is worth buying? I already have preordered, pending reviews.
for me nah, i feel spoiled with gta v it does everythng right and going by ubi's track record on open world games i wont be biting til its like £15 cause AC3 was hellishly boring,FC3 while fun got old fast and AC1 and 2 had pacing issues in my eyes. IF rockstar can keep adding content for GTA online and provide support for the game in the form of a couple add-on's a-la TLAD and Undead Nightmare i'll easily be kept happy for the next year.[QUOTE="chrisrooR"][QUOTE="Michael0134567"]Watch Dogs will annihilate GTA V.Michael0134567:lol::lol: lolno.
