UC4 and The Order swallow the competitions!

It was the calm before the storm when lemmings and hermits gathered in SW with their beloved farmlands and crops (Ryse, AC Unity, Crysis 3), still delusional, and in hope of those so called "graphics kings" would stand up to anything the mother nature (AwesomeStation Quad) could throw at them.

But they were wrong, they were so wrong.

And then they came. As oblivious as ever to their impending doom, lems and hermits stood still and watched in utter silence as the tornadoes (UC4 & 1886) descend upon them like a pair of raging dragons, unrelentingly sweeping away their once much praised deities like some haystacks, sending them straight into the eye of the storms, ready to be devoured so that they would finally understand the inconceivable power of AwesomeStation Quad.

When the storms fade, a clear path of utter devastation can be observed all the way from the orbit, but little do lems and hermits realize it is the beginning of a new ice age for them and all that's left to do is to save as many (exclusives) as they can...

its true, they do. anyone who says uncharted has been downgraded is fukin clueless and needs to go watch the full uncompressed vid. comparing a shot under different lighting conditions/time of day doesnt prove shit, the character model looks identical to the one in the trailer. stunning stuff

That Uncharted 4 demo was incredibly impressive anybody who says otherwise is just a soulless troll. But I am not getting too excited cause I don't want to be letdown just like The Last Of Us. So much going in just one screen, it looks too good to be true.

Neither of them is all that impressive. For those who have never played on a mid range pc maybe they look impressive. Hell the order only pulls of what it's doing because it's not rendering a very large section of the screen. I do like how they pulled of the filmic look but even then I'd like them to fill my fucking screen up. I hate when movies do this and I sure as hell don't want games to start cutting off chunks because it's "artistic" or "cinematic"

I will wait until I play UC4, I just hope it is way better than the last one, or it will be the last one I purchase.

The order looks shit, it has flop written all over it.

Never cared about Uncharted rather play the new Tomb raider.

Downgraded or Not , Uncharted 4 live demo looked like maybe the first , true next-gen game on consoles , even better than Witcher 3 when it comes to graphics.

It was insane to watch this ..... As i said i was expecting something epic ... but that was beyong my expectations. Graphic king no doubt and the funny thing is ... i cant think any other game up till now to even think to go near it when it comes to graphics ... yes its THAT good... and this is coming from a PC gamer ...

I had a 15minute blast and more likely UC4 and Bloodborne will be the reasons to buy a PS4 soon ( considering also that God of War is on the works which im a fan , oh boy ! )

I think The Order looks more CGI ish right now due to more fancy post processing effects and more complete, UC4 looks more open and grand in scope, also having that pixel perfect look. I think by release UC4 would surpass The Order in every way possible when it's feature complete. But for now these two are sitting at the highest regardless, the lighting, models, textures, shaders, foliage, effects and iq are well above what's out right now or upcoming ones.

I can't wait until people say they can't notice the difference in resolutions again and also say graphics don't matter.

Uncharted looked great as expected.. i was really impressed with the new The Order demo.. that game is looking good

I have 100% faith in ND to improve on virtually everything by release, it's like what they said, graphics will definitely get better.

I think ND will stick to 30fps in the end as they have somewhat hinted, so that means even more effects before release. The jump between UC1 unveil and retail product is quite staggering if that says anything. But things definitely bode well for it since it's already stealing The Order's lime spot. But man oh man the foliage and character model really are something else in this game.

Stop being an idiot. I'm a PC gamer and I know how good Crysis 3 and Metro look maxed out. The Uncharted 4 demo was fantastic. It may be missing some of the more hardware taxing effects you get in a handful (or less) of PC games but all the little details in the environment shown in the Uncharted demo go beyond anything I've seen in a PC game, and it's not because a PC couldn't do it (if a PS4 can then of course a PC can), it's because very few developers put in the time and effort needed to achieve such a high level of detail.

Is that the best you can come up with?

Uncharted looks good but there is only so much that can be done with the PS4 hardware. How about posting some in game shots for a change instead of cut scenes. All you ever post are cut scene stills and photo mode edited screen shots, the only person you're kidding is yourself.

The Order is a joke game, it just shouts over hyped flop. Even considering a low resolution (1920 x 800) letter boxed game as a potential graphics king if just laughable.

You're just listing things and saying they look better out of context. It's your word against mine. I respect you have your opinions, but I disagree with them. UC4 has no blurry texture in sight.

It looks passable, but it isn't what you would call consistent.

i call bullshit on that screen, i played the game on max settings and it looked better than that, sadly i dont have it installed anymore to take a scree.

Maybe you have. Ryse is a 900p sub 30fps game on Xbox One with absolutely no vertical treversial movement. They have scaled up the level design with Uncharted 4 because of new hardware.

They are aiming for 1080p 60fps with UC4 also. They locked the presentation to 30fps because the framerate isn't stable unlocked at this time. There is a while before it goes gold.

Ryse looks better in some areas, but not in others.

And saying this is what Ryse looks like. Any game can look worse at certain points.

Did you grab that from Kotaku? I seen better in similar places on the pc version from neogaf user.
