The difference is that one is the beloved, system selling franchise Halo and the other is a driving game that appeals to a limited demographic in the first place.

XBOX fanboys expected nothing less than a 9 for a rehashed collection of the critically acclaimed games that they've already played countless times. On the other hand, who ever expected more than maybe a 7 or 8 for Driveclub? It's a mediocre racer with some gorgeous backdrops and weather/lighting effects. Who ever really hyped it as anything more?

..This is one of the VERY few times I agree with him. Sony released a broken product to the masses and is selling it at a premium. That IS sad..

it was very cheap, i think it cost £99. also this was the first year black friday kicked off properly in uk, there were fights in stores throughout the country. thank you murica for giving us this great tradition

because it sucks. titanfall community is dead unless u want to play attrition all the time which gets boring and failo collection singleplayer has too many bug and the multiplayer doesnt work. literally only played 2/3 hours of it the past 2 weeks

Its main focus and 'innovation' (lol) was online clubs, something Horizon 2 destorys it in.

x1 has better deals in uk, u could buy it with 4 games for £320 while ps4 was £340 with 2 games. wont surprise me if x1 sold better, the ps4 driveclub bundle went beast mode though

They do work. Its the online infrastructure - something that wasn't present 10 'goddamn' years ago - that has been causing problems.

Unlike DullClub, MCC isn't built totally around online play, nor was it delayed a year and still released broken.

FiveClub is in its own league of failure.

Xbox has one job. Halo. Halo is XBox and XBox is Halo. The one and only "God-Tier" franchise the XBox brand has unleashed upon this earth. If that don't work.. Then it don't work.

DriveClub is just a distraction from that fact. Sony hasn't brought out the real big guns yet. It hasn't had to. The XBone and XBox as a brand in general, has its back against the wall. Until the XBone launched, your first party developers were on hiatus since 2012 when Halo4 came and crapped all over said franchise in its own right.

So go on. Scream 5Club to the mountain tops brother. I'll even join you. I flipped my preorder for it to get Diablo III and haven't regretted that, to be sure. Just know that Halo flopping is the joke punchline of 2014.
