Let's hope they actually make this one GOOD. The first three were meh to okay, way worse than people give them credit for.

Was hoping for a new IP from Naughty God, but I'm more than ok with UC :). First three games were all a blast and I can't wait to see what ND will be able to do with 16 times more RAM. Greatness Awaits!

3 was overrated, but the rest were definitely not. Trying to claim they were way worse is just trolling.

More Uncharted is always a good thing.

It's actually pretty big news. This bucks ND's trend of only developing new IP for a new piece of hardware. I'm sure the other team working on somehting "new," but them contuing to do UC is big news.

Well, that's disappointing. Ah, well.

I'm not saying Uncharted was ever good, but the 1st and second were worth playing. 3 was crap, I don't think it can get any better from that.

Infamous is the only great looking game on Ps4 so far.

Im guessing this Uncharted will take place in the time of Sir Francis Drake.

I was saying this to a friend earlier, feels like that sort of vibe from the trailer. Francis was into his boats and exploring for treasure wasn't he?

Francis Drake was a Britt who sail all over the world stealing shit from every where he went, especially in Asia. He also spent time attacking ports/cities in the Caribbean to loot, but when he tried to loot Puerto Rico, he and his crew got killed.

He is also famous for bring down the unstoppable Spanish Armadas (the Spanish ruled the seas with them).

I can't say that interested in the franchise anymore. UC3 was a severe letdown.

I don't think you'll play as Sir Francis Drake himself. There's writing on the map in the trailer saying Every betrayed us all. This hints at Henry Every being the main character, if you don't know him:

Drake died in 1596, years before the time of Every. We also got a peak at some concept art months ago in some TLoU videos iirc showing pirates which hints more towards Every than Drake imo.

As a shot in the dark i think there might be a modern storyline running in tandem but that's just a guess based off the narrator's American accent that i don't think exist at the time or Every or Drake.

Really hope it's Drake, it just wouldn't be Uncharted without him.

I'm already sick of pirates this gen. Nintendo better bring out the Space Pirates to balance it out.

Just a reminder that Naughty Dog has 2 development teams.

The Uncharted 1,2, and TLOU team, and the Uncharted 3 team. I'm 99% sure the U3 team is making this new game.

Hopefully this team can learn from their mistakes of the last Uncharted game. It wasn't bad. Not by a long shot- it just didn't do anything all that new, or fun. It felt more of the same.

I think they get you have your opinion, you just kind of called us all out saying " way worse than people give them credit for". You're basically saying that your opinion is true and everyone else just gives too much credit.

Anyway, my opinion on Uncharted:

Uncharted 1: 7, great likable characters, headed in the right direction

Uncharted 2: 9, what uncharted should be, the best level design

Uncharted 3: 8, great but getting repetitive. Weaker story, higher online focus.

Uncharted was the only reason I played my PS3 last gen, that and for Blu-Rays.

I forgot that's how things I worked around here. Can't go assuming people will just use common sense and see that the very subjective thing I'm saying is my opinion :P

I'm not butthurt that a game was lame as hell, just kinda disappointed that Naughty Dog would release something so abysmal.
