Uncharted 4 delayed to April 26th in NA, 27th in EU, and 29th in UK

Popcorn chomping B action movie narratives don't require much of an attention span.

I would not be surprised if that ends up to be in Fall. Rise Of The Tomb Raider PS4 is likely going to be a definitive edition w/ all of the DLC.

He's not wrong when he says Uncharted 4 has depth. Have any of you seen the PSX 2014 demo or played in the beta? It's the evolution of The Last of Us' sandbox gameplay.

At least those games have good gameplay. Everything that Uncharted does, it's platforming, it's shooting, it's QTE and stealth sections, it's all mediocre and there dozens of games that do these better. Uncharted at it's core is about presentation. Naughty Dog uses graphics, smoke and mirrors to divert attention from the weak gameplay mechanics.

The stories aren't fun, they're generic and they're recylced. Literally all 3 of the first Uncharted games involve a bad guy looking for an artifact that involves some mutegen that turns people into zombies, turns them blue or gives them hallucinations. Oh and of course Nathan and Elena get together in each game, break up in between games, rinse and repeat

Naughty Dog writing in a nut shell, and there's nothing memorable about any of these characters. The only thing memorable about Nathan Drake is his half tuck and the fact that he's the second biggest douche bag in video games. Doucheface from Infamous Second Son gets the honor of being first.

It takes very little effort to humilliate the xbox brand, you're 100% right. Delay after delay, and yet the PS4 still has a bigger and better library/line up of games.

Delay one game and two more shall come in its place. Hail Sony!

whats wrong with platforming and shooting? most games have shooting. and platforming has been around since mario 64 and tomb raider bruh. its evolved into uncharted and is actually a fun gameplay mechanic. they need to take a note from rise of the tomb raider and make the puzzles more challenging and in depth though.

Sounds like you're just an uncharted hater honestly. I personally think gears is dull and boring and has shitty mechanics compared to uncharted. i play both. hopefully gears 4 is way better than the first 3. just like how uncharted 4s gunplay is a lot better than uncharted 1-3.

I have a feeling that Horizons and TLG are not going to be out in 2016.

I'm not really sure what you're trying to get at since I'm not Austrian, but this seems like the recommended response:

I'm fine with the concept of delays, but I dislike the industry standard of games being announced eons before they're even close to finished products...

Until it's proven otherwise, Fallout 4 had the best announcement window and showcase of a new product I've seen in this hobby in the modern day; "here it is, it works, this is how, it's coming very soon."

That game from announcement to my ps4 was all of 5months.

Fallout 4 was never finished though.

I wish developers stick to a "it'll be done when it's done" schedule.

I don't recall saying UC's story is worse than Mario or Gears of War.

That being said, the characters are not memorable. They are your usual cookie cutter video game characters.

Quantum Break was demo on 2013 before the console even launch,Uncharted 4 was reveal on E3 2014 and still they will arrive on the same month even that Uncharted 4 was unveil a whole year after Quantum Break.

No shit, the Uncharted 4 engine was finished a long time ago, there's nothing else for her to work on. Trying to say all the talent left Naughty Dog when I know you're just talking about the Uncharted 3 directors. Pretty disrespectful to one of the most talented developers in the industry.
