UNCHARTED:best water in any game, best animations in any game (a must see)

The game looks like a solid 8.5 to me

That being said, Uncharted and Ratchet and Clank are the only 2 games coming out this year for the PS3 that I have any interest in playing....

The game looks good but really can we tone down all the "best evar" BS please?

Lets just hope the gameplay is not bad...

Graphics are amazing... but we've seen how quickly a game can fall apart on it's knees if the gameplay sucks.

I don't understand the hype behind this game. It's like Tomb Raider except Lara Croft is a man this time. It doesn't look like much fun either. This game might flop like a fish out of water.

The water in halo 3 is my favorite so far. Not only did it look great, but it's the first game I've seen where objects actually float in the water realistically.

Unfortunately I'm just bluntly honest even in person. Many of those jungle trips were actually military training drills so it was a kill two birds with one stone come back really ;) As for the higher places, half them I haven't landed on solid surfaces :P the others were military drops (3 of which were halo jumps (trust me, tie your gear down tight cause if the wind catchs it your balls are swollen).

Not everyone acts like a different person on the net, I kinda see no point in it myself, you are what you are in the end so why bother being something your not?

There ARE ripples, and there are splashes when he runs close to the ground (shown well in the second pic). It makes sense, since the water won't just splash of no part of the body gets close to its surface.

Ehh hopefully you know what I mean.

The gameplay seems kinda clumsy, judging by the videos. I still hope it'll be good... on PC. :)

That's how I feel about Uncharted...well not AS much. I had a feeling Lair was going to be trash. Uncharted looks like it'll be an ok game. It won't be a great game...3 years from now, nobody will be talking about it.

With all this hype and day after day of Sony fanboys going on and on about Uncharted that game better be absolutely great. Last 2 Sony games that were that hyped were Heavenly Sword and Lair. Both of those turned out to be less than great. I see nothing awesome about Uncharted either. Looks like Gears of War meets Tomb Raider to me.fanboy999

Tomb raider? This looks way better than tomb raider. yes the graphics do look great.. I dont see why anyone is comparing halo 3 to uncharted AS UNCHARTED RUNS RINGS AROUND IT IN TERMS OF GRAPHICS. The game looks good, the AI seems good, the action looks good. the animations look great to. The way he moves looks realistic. the people who made the game have done an AMAZING job. Thats it. people who diss this game are jelous as they are not getting it. end of story.

Crysis's water is rendered by physics rather than animation. I dont know anything about WiC though.
