Were you ever in anything besides what you are now? (Lemming, Sheep, Cow, ETC.)

Ok this was hard to explain in the title, but here it is, what are you now, (Lemming Sheep Cow Hermit Manticore.) and were you ever anything else or will you ever change sides?

For me, I am a Lemming, 13 years of age but I also own a PSP and play older games on the PC, but when I was a little kid, I gamed on Nintendo's only, I had an SNES when I was 3, then an N64 and a Gameboy advancebut I still watched my uncle (Boyarpunk on here.) play Ultima and SPACEQUEST and played lots of games on my cousins PS1. So I used to be a Sheep, take THAT Sheep who hate Lemmings and Xbox, but for the 95% majority of Sheep on here that see Lemmings as Allies against Cows rather than enemies, this is a little aqward (Though I may gain respect from older Sheep, especially older Mantisheep.

Although when I was 8, I became a Hermit (PC gamer.) after playing Unreal tournament on my dad's friends PC, then Call of duty on my uncles PC, I played Unreal tournament nonstop on the PC but then my PC crashed.

I eventually got an Xbox when I was 10 and loved it and converted to Lemming, but my uncle Chris known on GS as Boyarpunk came to live in my house with my family, he brought along a gaming PC and I played lots of Call of duty and Rome total war and Sid Meiers Pirates, so I became a Hemming.

But now with my 360, I'm just a Lemming and I'm very happy, although when I turn 18 I plan on going in the USMC and I'll probably just get a high end laptop to play games on, if I'm going to different places all the time I can't lug around a TV and Xbox, not a desktop PC, just a laptop and some portable media device, so I'll reconvert to a Hermit. I'll always be a hardcore gamer though, although now that I'm 13 theres to many girls to be busy with then playing videogames all the time, plus when your in the Marines theres not as much free time as a jobless teenager.

So were you ever anything different or will be?

Ss basically you've always been Nintendo, but you lost faith in the BC, but now its Nintendo again.

I was a Sheep during the N64 era when they actually had good games(Banjo,Conker, Goldeneye,Perfect Dark)..

Once RARE left.. I left with them..

cause RARE was Nintendos only good 3rd party company..

Am I the only one whose favorite N64 game was Donkey Kong 64? No one ever mentions that game.

From the early 90's until about 2003, I was a hardcore Nintendo fanboy. When I realized that my friend Joe was having a lot more fun with his PS2 than I was having with my Gamecube, I decided that Nintendo wasn't for me anymore. since then, I have realized that being totally loyal to a corporation that doesn't care if you live or die is the most senseless thing you can do.Ryeferd

i am currently a lemmit (i prefer this to hemming). before i would probably say sheep and hermit also because i loved the N64 and PC so much... PS brand never caught my interest.

 but with the GC i stopped loving nintendo, and except for the DS (which i sold eventually) no other nintendo product has been interesting and IMO the Wii disgustes me.

Rare wasent 3rd party, they were second party.

I have always been Nintendo and always will. I love Nintendo's franchises and i doesn't play as much as hardcore gamers so i dont care much about droughts if there will be any and I'll gladly buy a game that scores low (for example Shadow the Hedgehog) if it interest me. Perfect scores doesnt matter as much as people pretend they do.

I think I always used to be 100% gamer...  Except for early on I was I guess a Hermit, when there were PC games like Commander Keen, Lemmings, Dangerous Dave, and the first Duke Nukems... 

Then I got into consoles, playing both the Genesis and SNES... Got an N64, wanted a PS1 and Dreamcast  (didn't get either... but played them as much as possible) Got a Cube, and Xbox...  Played PS2 a lot regardless.  Passed on the handhelds, but played the GBC (Pokemon Red FTW!)  And now have a DS, Wii, and working on getting a 360... And of course, I still play PC games...

That was a great game...  I loved Rare's wide open world concept.  The one in Banjo series (particularly Banjo Tooie) where all the levels are interconnected (I say far superior to anything we see these days) and the overworld is actually useful...  THe train, the awesomeness...

And DK64 how once you thought you explored the entire area, you learn a new move and realize that there's a lot more to the world than you thought...

GAMER!!! always have been, always will be

I've been a hermit all along. But I do like console games and my preferences have swayed a lot there. Last gen I started out Hedgehog until DC was dead. Then I was a cow because GTA3 and MGS2 were so awesome.

Then in late 2002 I tried Halo and bought an Xbox that week. It was shockingly good and I was a total lemming for 2 years and played Halo:CE LAN hardcore up until last year.... it's my favorite game of all time to date. But after Halo and Splinter Cell.... nothing ever really improved or changed in Xbox games. Halo2 was the biggest dissapointment to me ever. Awful single player. They ruined what made the game engine cool and unique. Multiplayer was casualfied to appeal to morons. By Halo2 Xbox had went the route of casual appeal and I abandoned it. Went back to Playstation for console games and PC for shooters. 

I belong to none of the groups now, though I did call myself a sheep for a small time. I'm still not sure why I did.

Prior to trying Playstation I was a Sheep, after playing that I became more interested in it but didn't become a Cow (as in Playstation only) until PS2.

Right now with Nintendo sweeping the charts I've decided to jump ship for the moment to PC...although not primarily for gaming (Linux isn't too great for that, though WINE supports Guild Wars so I'm happy enough). 

Used to be pure sheep, then got into Sony with the PS2. So then I was a sheep/cow. And then Sony SERIOUSLY disapointed me this gen with the overpriced soul-stealing machine we call the PS3 and then Microsoft completely redeemed themself in my eyes and I became a mantisheep. The only thing the PS3 has left for me is FF13 and Kingdom Hearts 3.

So I guess I went from pure Nintendo fanboy to Mantisheep. Nintendo will always be the best, but Microsoft and Sony now put up a good fight too.

When I was a kid I was a Lamb, now I'm a Sheep and next gen I'll be a LLama.

Well I game on a PC, but I defend all consoles now.
