Not all games have to be innovative to be great IMO. Halo is one of my top favs. It's not very innovative, it just does mostly everything right

Plus the forerunners and the convenant having there religious overtones is and then their internal conflict with in that convenant make for a very interesting story.

Lemmings, you need to start hyping BioShock and other good FPS's and ignore trash like Halo 3. I would be suprised if Halo 3 gets anything higher then a 9.0 on GS.

Gears of war isn't really as technical is people seem to think, it had good textures but it was dark, bad draw distance, and the amount of polys on screen were not that high. Obviously alot of work went into the graphics because of all the detail but from the looks of it halo 3 is definitely pushing the hardware more, with 16miles (i think) of geometry, good a.i, good textures and a hell of a lot more enemy's on screen.

I'm sorry but people like this really piss me off. In another thread he started he cuts the quote up to make it look like it's ripping halo 3 up. I think the mods should make a new rule that if you do that you are suspended on spot.
