The game is very gameplay focus and is in the higher spectrum of difficulty. This goes counter to the general gaming audience that makes up the PS base.

What's funny is Lemmings carry on about "walking simulators" making up Sony games, yet the same tards rant & rave when MS buys Ninja Theory..... Then Sheep carry on about the low sales of Returnal because it did Metroid better than Metroid.
Jealousy is such a curse. In reality for me, Sony's 1st party studios deliver the most diverse lineup of titles in a gen than both MS & Nintendo combined.... Unique, quality experiences that you just don't get anywhere else at the same quality & quantity... I will admit PS4 era suffered a bit in the quantity side of it compared with past gens...But considering the financial impact on Sony & subsequent closures of some great developers, with some of these studios sales failures, plus Vita, etc, then it's understandable & hopefully Ryan will rectify it this gen.....which with recent acquisitions seems to be the plan.

No, not at all, lol. It's just easy to make fun of them, and they get so salty, trying to spin it around like you just did. When mediocre games win awards and have fanboys on forums claiming "best game ever", you deserve being made fun of.

Its a new IP and its not really for casuals. It can be painfully brutal on your first playthrough. Personally its my goty by a long shot and im looking at playing more roguelike type of games now.
I'll lol if Gamespot nominated Metroid Dread for GOTY but not Returnal; it would trigger aneurysms in those of you that lean on these things as "fact".
