Halo wasn't one,FH2 wasn't one Titanfall wasn't one,project spark wasn't one,a Kinect game and basically Sunset Over drive were the real only xbox one exclusives,while the PS4 didn't do much better it had more multiplatforms to which weren't on xbox one.

They are losing money on it,they can't keep up the price without sending the xbox one again into a money pit,the xbox brand isn't new it should have turn around already and it hasn't it is 13 years olds,and when all is accounted for they have loss more than they won way more,the xbox one wasn't program to loss them money,they stated so the xbox 360 yeah they expected that and they even had a date for when they would stop the bleeding.

But those bundles and price drops are really hurting the division,in its first 8 months they loss 400 millions,and they didn't start to sell the unit for $400 until the 7 month,imagine how much worse it most have been after the price drop.

In all honesty, both the latest Xbox and PlayStation are lacking on the first party front. With flops coming in from both sides Its hard to know what will be good or a bust. This gen is purely a matter of preference for which brand you like with a few exclusives along the way. Majority of the games will be multiplats that are shared among both consoles.

Apart from Uncharted 4 that has a chance of being pushed back to 2016, there is no big and interesting game coming out for Ps4. Bloodborne is also a niche game (not a bad thing at all but just mentioned it after reading thread description) and Order 1886 is a tech demo, just like Ryse on Xbox One (but who knows, it may surprise us).

That said Xbox One will have Quantum Break and Tomb Raider this year. Yes, Tomb Raider is also on Xbox 360 but then there is Halo 5 as well (if 343 succeeds to make it good).

What dimension did I travel too where Remedy's history of repeated delays is forgotten and Naughty Dog's history of being timely and competent is also forgotten?

I waited for Alan Wake since before the 360 even launched (mid 2005) all the way to 2010 to get my hands on the game. It was decent, but the delays for Alan Wait were pretty hard. I HYPEd the game a lot back then. I remember when in 2013 when rabid users were telling me I'd be playing Quantum by 2014. That never happened and I tried to tell them then not to put all their eggs in one basket when it comes to pinning a date down for any Remedy game.

It's strange because you are the second person to mention Naughty Dog delaying Uncharted in this thread. I covered my thoughts on Naughty Dog's timely history and experience on page one of this thread. I'm not saying delays won't happen, but you are talking about likelihood of delays. In that same post you throw your weight behind Remedy making their Quantum release date of 2015 (I'm fairly sure not even Remedy has ironed out a date yet and for good reason, they take their time) as a sure thing and make Uncharted 4 sound like the release date is sketchy and going to be delayed to 2016. Granted, the two users that mentioned UC4 being delayed aren't really known ND or Uncharted fans in SW (MonsieurX and yourself), but I found the idea of the delay swap as curious as historically the position of delaying an ND game doesn't add up...and the position of relying on a Remedy date as more concrete definitely doesn't add up. I'll just copy/paste my comment on ND's release history on harder machines:

Naughty Dog is good at hitting their time tables and they typically release a game a year after the new machine hits (exempli gratia: Jak 2001,Uncharted 2007) and Uncharted 4 is at the end of year 2 giving them a whole extra year with the game historically speaking...so ND seem to have plenty of time. When it comes to delays, ND is actually pretty good (Crash 1-3, CTR, Jak 1-3, Jak X, U1-3, TLOU...U4). They also shoot for the end of the year as a release date, so if they missed end of year 2015 this year, that would mean a end of year 2016 title (Do they need that much time with the PS4 for their first PS4 title on a machine designed to be easy to work with?)...but considering ND is good for about 4 games per generation, that wouldn't make sense that ND is struggling with UC4 considering all we know about ND and the PS4.

Is there a reason you suspect a delay from ND? Perhaps you suspect they are less competent or can't make use of the PS4 (surprising the PS3 and PS2 were notoriously harder to program for and they still cranked out titles at their normal rate) or is that more a generalization due to the other delays that have happened from other devs?

There will be games delayed in 2015, but it's a safe bet Uncharted 4 won't be one of them unless something horrible/unforseen happens to Naughty Dog.

Microsoft simply needs to make advancements around xbox live. The sales aren't as balanced as last gen--system wise, as far as I know. Because of this there is less of a need to please 3rd party needs. They may take a hit initially, but any kind of innovation will generally lead to sales if done right. What I mean buy this is Microsoft needs to throw money at the right places. NOT 5 billion for Minecraft or a billion for Kinect. This money could have put brand new talented teams together to focus on games that can compete in todays market.

Microsoft has the money to do this. Call of Duty. Oh wait it is 1080p on ps4 and 720p on Xbox One? Think I'll buy the ps4 version. Microsoft should be thinking "hold on a minute. fck this." They should be looking at what people enjoy--how about make a military shooter(yikes) that has can be seen as familiar but brings things to a new level on consoles. 12vs12 players? How about 64vs64 players. Soon MS will have to take some risks or they are done for.

Other than that they ought to just lock down the controllers and all that. Having all of the xbox One games on pc and playable with the very same controller doesn't really add to the need of said console.

Pretty sure Fable Legends, Scream Ride, Ori and the Blind Forest and maybe Quantum Break will be out before the E3 gets here. Then there will be CupHead, Halo 5, Scalebound, PhantonDust Crackdown 3, Forza 6, Super Hot, plus another 20 titles that haven't even been announced yet. Microsoft always have something up their sleeve. The Minecraft and Tomb Raider surprises were just the beginning I'm sure. You sound like a butthurt troll by the way. How do you know what Halo 5 looks like? The single play game hasn't even been revealed and the Halo 5 Beta still have to be optimized and improved upon. Gears Of War will be next year, Quantum Break are from a developer who takes years to develop a game (Alan Wake was meant to come out in 2007, didn't turn up till 2010) so claiming that to be coming out this year is hard to swallow. Of course like you said, we will always have plenty of great games to play
