If that is the way you feel then that also means you must accept any Xbox One and shared Windows 10 game under the same moniker as either Windows 10 or Xbox exclusivity.

And? If said PC is running Windows 10 then that PC's platform and the PC itself are Windows 10, it may be custom hardware but the platform is designated by the operating system.

According to the new rules XB1 has a ton of console exclusives. That's what we go by now. Sharing a title with PC does not matter. lol
