Have to go with the 3DS.

Well both lists look pretty great, but I ultimately still go with the 3DS. I'm too stoked on Luigi's Mansion 2.

3DS has a great lineup, however am happy with whats on offer for PSV in 2013...

Both are pretty abysmal, I'll go with the 3DS for MOF. That and VLR are the only interesting handheld games so far.

Vita has next to nothing I'am interested in so 3DS.
