A quality library of games that defines and measure's the worth of owning a console is amongst the main reasons we game. The Xbox One DOES NOT have that experience as of yet. The 360 did have that experience and hype with Games like Gears of War, Halo Reach, Alan Wake and so on.

If someone were to ask me "name a list of games for the PS2 that made it worth owning", I'd say Mark of Kri, God of War, Genji, Blood Will Tell, Urban Reign, Gungrave, Gungrave Overdose, Samurai Western, Legend of Kay, Musashi, Tekken 5, Street fighter Alpha anthology, FFX, Guilty Gear, Killzone, Socom 1-3, Socom Combined assault. etc. (the list never ends)

Socom is a definitive playstation experience provided by Sony to their gamers. Just as Halo and Forza are definitive experiences provided by Microsoft. The problem is, Forza was lackluster as hell and Halo MCC excluding Halo 2 was garbage. You don't seem to understand that so far in this gen, A PS4 gamer can name Bloodborne, and an Xbox gamer can name nothing to answer that which isn't already on the PS4 or rivaled by the Wii U and PC.

Then you talk about subjective...you're not even being objective nor honest with yourself if you're going to say the line-up on Xbone so far is as good as the 360/PS3/Wii U/Wii or PS4 line-up. It looks barren, GWG is getting worst, as a preview member, I looked forward to backwards compatibility and it was a joke.

And you are comparing a console that isn't 2 years old yet, to the PS3 which is 9 years old in NOV and the PS2 which may be the greatest of all time, while the X1 isn't even 2 fucking years old. The PS4 only has Bloodborne at this point imo. Infamous SS is meh and KZSF is like Halo's jock strap

The PS4 is a more powerful and capable console with better features, games and value. The Xbone is not. Also, save the 2 years excuse. The Wii U in it's first year had Nintendo Land, Zombi U, Scribblenauts, Mario, and games actually worth playing. The 360 in one year had Gears. The PS4 in one year had Killzone, Infamous, Knack (I don't care what it scored, Knack is much better than people say even if difficult), and in one year, The Xbone had Ryse, which went to PC, Deadrising 3, which went to PC, Forza 5, which had less options than Forza 2,3 and 4...alongside a dreadful line up like Fighter Within (lmao) and overrated Killer Instinct. Games that failed to get sells up. After 2 years, and the Bone probably just passed 10 million units...anyone with a little sense in their skull doesn't want Phil's TV garbage box.

The PS4 is more powerful, that is the only fact there. The features of never picking up my remote to go from games to TV, to Netflix, skyping with friends anywhere in the world with my HDTV, all my vocal commands are features I like better than any on PS4. I also enjoyed Killzone 2 and I thought Shadowfall ignored everything that did game right. I don't think Shadowfall did a single thing right as far as making a compelling FPS is concerned.

lol I'm so glad for the most part I've left this defective website with lower and lower usage numbers, About the only thing its worth now is to come back and laugh at you all.

Eh so far my Xbox One has gotten more play time than my PS4 has, Xbox One is just more fun for me, I like the community more, I think achievements blow trophies out of the water and it just has a better, sleeker UI with more features, it's nice to be able to jump from one thing to another instantly where on my PS4 it's cumbersome, and the only PS4 game I play is Blacklight and it's pretty much dead online, may as well get the PC version.

@nyadc: I'll give you that. Gears (only part 1) and Alan Wake were on PC.

I'm not giving you any more thumbs up because you're-

1. Telling me about Gears 4, when it didn't look that good at E3. The complete absence of Cole Train (my favorite), Marcus (meh), Baird (more meh), Anya (seriously?) and the usual cast was under par.

2. I'm seriously thinking of canceling my pre-order of Halo 5 as it looks just like Halo 4. Even worst now that it has a bunch of dumb bots. (at least Killzone has some of the best bots in gaming in case PSN's down)

3. 2016, 2016...okay, yeah. What about 2015? Rare Replay will not get my money. I'm buying Gears Ultimate. I don't care for Halo 5. Tomb Raider will be headed to PS4. I'll wait for it as it will include all dlc, run at 1080p 60fps, with additional content. It will be definitive on PS4.

4. I don't care about Quantum Break, it was shown nearly 3 years ago. It's not like it was The Last Guardian (which I can't wait for)...

You don't like Bloodborne? Game is great dude. But I agree on community and the ease of use. I find it so easy to use and love having my entertainment all at an easy command.

I never liked the Souls games, ever since Demon Souls, I REALLY tried to get into DS1 and 2 but I could never get into them, I may rent Bloodborne some day but that's going to be during down time when there's nothing else on the radar.

1. You didn't like the look of Gears 4, hate none of the old cast are in it. All subjective to what you want Gears 4 to be. Doesn't mean it will be a bad game, just a game XboxStache wont like.

His stability comment was clearly not thought out, there are no stability issues with the Xbox One itself, and the network is better so by nature that would actually make the PlayStation 4 a more unstable play environment due to all the PSN downtime.

The only people who have been talking about the graphical parts:

1) Are the people who play the version of the game that does better on PS4.

2) Reading the words on the boxes and not playing the game side by sides

Yeah sure the technical part is better but no one has seen huge differences between the two. What the PS4 offers "graphically" is definitely not its strong point. Rather it focuses on exclusives like Bloodborne.

First of all, they had a check in system for online and they were not lying about that. They saw people didn't like it and removed it. I did not like that decision because it encourages the used game market and keeps brand new games expensive. This further deters developers from making games because places like gamestop and gamefly are making money off of copies the developers should me making money off of.

Also Sony is guilty of exclusives PC bound as well as far as everything goes. Some of these lies that are stated in that sentence have also been done similarly by Sony. Technically Tomb Raider is an exclusive and technically the Final Fantasy VII is an exclusive as well.

IMO, this gaming generation so far completely sucks. The "winning" platform is king of the turds. That said, I hope and expect things to eventually change with the libraries, but it's taking too long.
