What if COD Black Ops 8.5'd?

O.O what's with all the hate? Everyone praised CoD4 (so did I) and then MW2 comes out which was bad. But that's it, ONE CoD game that IW messed up. Treyarch is adding Combat training, CoD points, Zombies, and is fixing almost everything wrong with MW2, it doesn't deserve the hate it's getting. Give it a chance guys.

Actually, the game needs the hate. It's notorious for overpriced map packs, which is a bad direction for gaming. I can see somewhere down the line COD charging for guns/armor--and people WILL pay for it. Play enough, reach a certain rank, X amount of guns/armor open up for 200MS points or so, and so on. See, people actually PAY for avatar clothing. Developers see this and will act like they are actually giving the consumer something, but in reality they are just nickel and diming. This is why I don't care for COD, other than the broken online gameplay, and TERRIBLE plot/acting.

Wouldn't MortgageMan explode into a billion pieces if it scored that low. I'm excepting close to a 9.0 for the game, but I'm not going to buy the game at all because of my hate for Activision.

I honestly don't see it getting a 9, unless it actually deserves it. IMO, the game will have to drastically improve upon MW2 in order for that to happen. Later in the lifespan of consoles, critics tend to dislike redundancy.

MW2 got a 9 on gamespot, but Gamespot may end up bashing this game like what they did to the newMOH.

Well they're adding a few cool game modes like Gungame and Wager matches. And just the fact that they're making Kill Streak Rewards a little less OP AND that Kill Streak Reward kills DO NOT COUNT towards the next Kill Streak will make the multiplayer 10x more enjoyable to me.

Do you think system wars would explode? Would Halo reach fans gloat nonstop over it?

COD is great alot of people dont like it because its more fast paced and alot of stuff you have to master so your always top (dropshotting,Soundwh**ing,quickscoping,along with a good perk and killstreak setup),most people just plain suck when they go against good people so they say its a bad game when they themselves are just bad...They cry about getting smacked now Treyarc made a CODwe have to deal with coming out that seems to be like all the other lame SLOW PACEDFPS (BFBC2,REACH, AND KZ2)that are "balanced"..whatever you crybabies ruined a perfectly good game that took skill to be good at

With Treyarch Call of Duty games, I thought most people expect AA. It's amazing that they finally have one which is being hyped AAA.
