What member of SW would make the best reviewer at GS? (replace a current one)

What What member of SW would make the best reviewer at GS? For fun lets also "replace" (not fire, replace) a reviewer at GS. Specify which member you think should get the job and which reviewer should...errr.... "disappear" from the staff ranks. Also gentlemans rules no nominating your self please.
