What was the most disappointing game you have ever played?

Don't shoot me PDZ was one of my fave 360 games prior to my console self destructing.

i know what you mean, i'm trying to finish the game on perfect agent and everytime i get near the end of a level (i have 3 left to beat btw) i stumble upon a cache of enemies that i didnt know existed.

In terms of graphics? sure...

In terms of fun, I had TONS more fun playing halo than I ever did w/ Far Cry, Doom 3, BF, or planetside. Half Life 2 is the only PC game in the last couple years to give me as much fun as Halo did with those good old lan parties.

I'll never understand why some people can't enjoy a game as fun as Halo, except for the obvious bias people who just WANT to hate the game. To each their own i guess.

Kotor 1 was amazing but kotor 2 was a buggy unfinished pile of meh.

Morrowind was also amazing and while Oblivion is still great it isn't near as great as morrowind.darklord888

Matrix - For some odd reason I thought this would be good. I didn't even check the reviews. This game sucked so bad.

Recently Virtua Fighter 5. This game sucks IMO. It's too boring. The voice acting is horrid and the moves are boring to look at and they bit off of DOA4 so bad when it came to the characters. The music sucks the modes are boring and no online play. I made a terrible decision when I bought this game due to peer pressure. I won't ever make that same mistake again.

brute Force -although i did enjoy MP, campagin sucked, every level was the same just in a different area.

Halo2 -it was a good game, but i expected much more. MP was great, and ccampaign, well the only reason i liked it was because of the storyline, the halo seriesdefinately has the beststory IMO.

World of Warcraft.

I've played it on and off for a couple months, and now I simply don't care anymore. I usually just sat there thinking, "People have stopped peeing for this?"

I got up to the Saddam Hussein tree and couldn't be bothered continuing. Wind Waker was better.

You played like half an hour and gave up on it? You sure are missing on something. OOT is a long game, and the first forest area is meant to help you get used to the gameplay. When the game came out the game was revolutionary, we had never played a game with that kind of gameplay before so the first hour or so is just so you got used to the controls.

On topic, Shadow of the Colossus to me, now THAT game was boring. I played through it and I dont see why people say its as incredible as it is. Its a short game, with no replay value other than playing through it again faster. Theres no enemies or anything other than fighting repetitive bosses, but only after traveling for 15 minutes on a slow horse. It was a borefest imo.

Prey. I remember seeing in a Prey trailer that Ign said "Prey could potentially revolutionize FPS's". On top of that I read several positive previews about it and that resulted in me getting very excited over it. When the demo came out on Xbox Live I was severely disappointed with almost everything. The guns look different but they're basically just syandard weapons that I've used before, The wall walking more more disorienting than innovative, the multiplayer lagged so bad that it was unplayable.. and the list goes on.

It saddens me. :( It could've been great but It's merely average in my opinion and not worth playing.

Gears of war. My friends said it was the coolest game ever and also people on the internet said soem good things about it. So i figured it would be great, sure it was great... untill the wow factor from the great graphic wore off. Than it got boring, sure i still beat it, but still was disapointed.

Also stalker let me down,the AI was nothing like they said it would be, well not to me it wasent.

It seems newer games are more of let downs than older games because i couldnt think of one bad game i played back in the day.

I actually agree, I did find it boring at the beginning, but it turned out great at the end.

I still like Majora's MAsk and Twilight Princess better for the 3d zeldas.
