JRPGS = Earthbound, Lost Odyssey, FF7, Chrono Trigger, Shenmue1/2, Vandel Hearts, Final Fantasy Tactics, Golden Sun and Suikoden 1
WRPGS = Wizardry series, KOTOR, The Witcher, Divine Divinity, Fallout1/2, Neverwinter Nights 1/2, Planescape Torment and Elderscrolls series (all the games except Oblivion are awesome,Oblivion is the worst in the series by a long shot).
Super Mario RPG which I also consider as the best game I've ever played. I must have replayed that game at least a hundred times, and I still get excited to play it. The music, the characters, the battle system, the bosses. Everything is really great, and unforgettable.
WRPGKOTOR It's got some really boring parts but overall this was the best game I had ever played up to that point. This was the first game I played that I feel could actually challenge a movie in terms of quality storytelling and presentation. Alot of games have a cool story on paper, but the voice acting is garbage and everything feels very sci-fi channel.
JRPGGolden Sun This is the first RPG that I ever played to completion. I usually burn out on JRPGs, but this one kept my interest the entire time and never felt like a chore. Chrono Trigger is a close second because I like it's combat system (any game in any genre with tag team attacks is ftw) but I like how the story of Golden Sun played out more. Plus the summons and battle effects looked super cool.

I honestly don't have a top, I think every rpg I had was memorable in some way like right now I really want to replay thousand arms.
Final Fantasy IX is my top favorite RPG. Other RPG's that I liked are Final Fantasy VI, Final Fantasy VII, Persona 3: FES, Persona 4, Tales of Symphonia, Chrono Cross, Super Mario RPG and Baten Kaitos.
In fact, I just started playing Odin Sphere yesterday so that might join the club.
