What's your excuse not to get a PS3?

Price and NO Backward Compatibility (BC). :(

I wish I had bought one with 60Gb and BC when they were available.

I hope Sony would announce the SLIM PS3 with BC at E3. 8)

The question isn't what's my excuse. The question is, why hasn't sony given me an excuse.

I hate how people complain about the price, don't you people know that Sony loses several dollars every time they sell a PS3! Of course I think the PS3 would have been fine without the Bluray player which probably would have decreased the selling price(but thats what makes some people buy the PS3 in the first place).

Saying the PS3 doesnt have enough games is just a fanboyish statement. It had games, lots of them, and I bet every 360 fan would love to play them. There reason for not owning one is probably because they are happy with the system they already own. Even if it doesn't have all the exclusives, the multiplats are enough.

The controller. I hate playstation controllers. For some reason I find them horribly impractical and uncomfortable. By contrast, I am unashamedly in love with the 360 controller, every aspect of it works perfectly, in my experience.

I've got a 360/PC/PSP. The PS3 is the price I'd expect of a launch console. I'm not paying that much for three games I can't get on consoles I already have.

It's just not the premium for 3/4 games I can only get on that console.

I already have one but thats because me and my cousins split our gamestop gift cards from xmas on it. Theres not enough PS3 exclusives to merit buying one over a 360.

I think i might have one in the fall....happy with my 360 & wii at the moment though just need that to complete this gens collection. Excited to try out the PS3's library once i get it.

I still have plenty. I want one so bad but now is like why.... all the exclusive end up on both systems (360 & ps3) with the exception of first party games, Both have online. My reason for wanting a ps3 was MGS4, FF, but seem like both are heading to the 360 ff for sure, Im just going to wait untill after e3 to make my decision.

The exclusives really don't interest me much. I already have a 360 and I'm more interested in the Wii's exclusives lineup. Plus the lack of BC hurts it more for me.

Besides that it cost 600 i barely have time for gaming on pc and getting a ps3 would be a waste

Either price or people just aren't interested in the exclusive lineup. Both are legit reasons actually.

I already have one, & that's the very best model out there, the 60 GB model.

don't need one, my pc is much better.

Not enough exclusives that I want to justify spending $400 on another system. That and I hate the controller.

It costs money that I don't have and if I did have that much money it would go towards a PS3 because it's library doesn't interest me.

There are no good RPGs and that is pretty much one of the main reasons that made the PS2 so successful.Renegade_Fury

• has wifi
• blutooth
• dont break down as much 360s
• has some great exclusives
