When will there be an open-world/ sandbox game that allows you to kill children?

It's getting a bit annoying that in games like Fable 2 or GTAIV, you can't kill child NPC's. The lack of such ruins the potential for immersion in these types of games and only shows just how much devs are slaves to bleeding-heart "concerned parents" who want to destroy free expression in the name of so-called "morality".

That would be great. Imagine GTA 4 having kids walking to school and parents with baby carriages. NICE.

Fallout 2 allowed you to kill kids. Thats WITHOUT mods

I'm pretty sure, that ESRB and USK block everything that involves the possibility to freely kill children, that's at least what I heard from Fallout 3. Anyway, you might find mods to unlock the child-protection in games like Fallout 3 if you search for them
