STALKER is the one i think. not only all male characters but there is not a single woman in game. not even minor character.

Metro 2033 also have all male cast (not last light).

Today. PC, SJW and feminist rips all over STALKER 2 if it ever happen.

Dwarf Fortress and Paradox's grand strategy games (Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings), they're the pinnacle of incredibly complex gaming design with the depth of a black hole. You can't really go more hardcore than that.
