My argument is more along the lines of a Corvette ZR1 is faster than a 911 Turbo, but Porsche as a whole is still better than Chevrolet.

Cadillac is better than VW, But German cars are still better than American cars.

And for the record I drive a 480 Horsepower BMW

So then tell me which single console can stand up to the PC independently?

And I don't give a crap about cars. I think they all suck.

And even if you're just considering 'systems currently on the market' then nothing in the title says you can only include PC games from this gen. Again, generations is a console term and the PC is not...infected...by such resets every 5-7 years.

So yeah, go ahead and match the current gen consoles up against the PC and it's vast library, it'll still win.

you know, posting a list with such a huge amount of blatent flaws (which all seem to help out consoles for some reason, must be a coincidence) isnt exacly helping you out much, nor does it help much that you need to combine all 3 consoles to actually beat the PC...if anything, it just makes PC gaming apear more impressive.

I'm referring to PC-exclusive games. The 4GB limit is really holding them back right now, especially from really taking advantage of multiple cores. Imagine if they programmed a PC game so that each of four cores took advantage of as much as 2GB of RAM each. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.

I thinking more along the lines of far more complex AI scripts, better physics, better collision detection and all that jazz.

You can combine all 3 consoles but online play, graphics, selection of controllers, mods, frame rates, customisation etc etc are all far superior on the PC.

Frankly, as a RPG player mainly, there is not a single game on PC for me, Witcher 2 is confirmed for consoles and that was over for PC

Whispered World which was the only other PC game i need, i can play on my non gaming laptop, i did not spend a penny on extra gaming PC hardware

As for consoles, well ican think of 15 exclusives i could not do without (Demon Soul, FF13vs, Fable 3, AlanWake, Gears 3, Xenoblades, Last Story, Last Guardian, GOW3 etc etc etc)

PC has really reached zero for me, and even adventures like Gray Matter is now coming to 360, which means soon there will be no PC gaming for me at all, will be like non existent

So you just saying that you ignore all the 89 (AAAe + AAe) pc exclusives...

PC = 89 > PS3 = 20
PC = 89 > 360 = 20

PC have more and better exclusives and that is fact not an opinion.

Furthermore, games nowadays are still generally bottlenecked by the graphics card, so throwing more RAM into the mix isn't going to change much anyway.

By collision detection what I mean is: a robe brushing up against a wall is different than a sword brushing up against the wall. Okay maybe that's more physics but you get what I'm saying. Like in Oblivion: sure you can move lots of stuff around but they all have the same weight and they're all solid.

Guys seriously just ignore Giovela2010 (m3boarder32)he's a bandodgerand afanboy who has ahistory ofhating PC.

PC gaming by a mile, love my PS3 but my PC blows it away. plus there are mods and the option of using a mouse + KB in its favor as well.

Console gaming IMO. Perfer all the exclusives on consoles, the feel of a controller in my hand, and the variety of genres on consoles. Plus, I was raised playing Consoles so I sorta just fell into it to begin with.

I enjoy both however. Both have their ups and downs.

Don't need to. I painted the wall in flat matte finish. Even with the lights on it looks good. And the reaon I won't put a frame up around is because I move the projector back and forth (it's on a rail on the ceiling) depending upon what I'm doing and the resolution I'm using. That's my HTPC but I play a few games on it as well, like IL2 and other such sims. Most other games I keep on my desk PC.

I used to have a projector, but I prefer using a plasma these days. I also like the audio to match up w/the visuals. Where is the sound coming from? The bonus the PS3 provides is its LPCM audio. One of the bonuses of blu ray.

--On a side note. Multiplats most of the time look/perform better on the 360(in comparison to the ps3), but most of the time it is almost negligable. The ps3 audio, on the other hand, blows the 360 out of the water.

You can see my center channel speaker under the 'screen' on the floor. The right front speaker is in the cabinet to the right. Those are the only two you can see in that pic.
