which is the best new generation console?

I want to see the feeback from everyone one on which new generation console is the best overall (ps3, xbox 360, or wii)

But the Wii has the most interesting list of games to come, IMO if that accounts for anything...

well, i like all of them,since the playstion has metal gear solid 4

the wii has super smash brothers brawl  and day of disaster

and the 360 has all the shooters and tom clancy games. 

Im not exactly asking for what i want to buy...

anyways to you other guys, i understand but i believe the 360 has the most to offer for me

HMMM its down to the wii and ps3 for me. Wii because of its motion sensing and the new age controller. Its really somthign brand new and amazing. Its just lacking in graphics. PS3 because of all the features it has. Blu ray is one of the major things, while most people say its usless (like everyone said DVD's were usless) they will all see what is usless. Also the other features like home are definatly next gen at its best.  Graphics and games are also top notch.

You aren't getting their points. The Wii is unchallenged as a "new gen console" because the other two are "next gen consoles" So since the TC asked which "new gen console" is the best, and the Wii is the only "new gen console" it has to be the best, because it is the only one... He isn't saying it's better than the PS3/360.

From looking at all the consoles I think the PS3 has the most to offer, there is only one problem, i can't afford it, yet that is untell a price drop comes then it will be the perfect console.

What about the PS3s motion controll, dosn't that put it in the same category as the Wii?

Not really as you can upgrad the PS3 harddrive any time you want, and to a higher gig as well, and do it for cheaper.

definitly 360. It's powerfl and has a great selection of games. PS3 is also a great system but as of now and the not so distant future, it definitly doesn't have as many exclusives as the 360 which IMO makes the 360 a better buy. I love the Wii, great controls, great games, new games on the horizon, the huge selection of exclusive titles Nintendo has. The Virtual Console is a great blast from the past. Overall however definitly the XBOX 360. mikeneb430

No, it has tilt sensing. You don't move the controller around like the Wii, tilting it in any one of 6 directions can either control movement or be mapped like a button press, or a combo button press.
