Who is REALLY exited about Gears 2, Fable 2 and Banjo 3 ?

I did not have much love for Banjo 3 or Fable 2 before this day, but both games are above great, from new pics and info

I mean Banjo had ... inventing your own vehicles and using them in the levels

And Fable 2 is 20-30x bigger than the first, which was a good game, but failed because it was so short

Also did you know you can buy anything in the world ? That is cool too IMO, and the art is amazing like in Banjo

Of course Gears 2 is the biggest highlight for me, the graphics were insane !!!!! And the new action even more insane

So, who is now offcially uber hypedfor those 3 titles ?

But I'd personally replace Fable 2 with NG 2 and also add Too Human somewhere there. Not to mention my most anticipated game this year, Alan Wake.

I feel no buzz for these games,

I know that some might like them and I really do hope you enjoy the games and not listen to others.

I feel the same way. I try not to get into the hype when I'm waiting for a game to come out. Gears 2 looked alright, but I never really enjoyed the first so I doubt I'll get into the sequel. I think I played a Banjo game on N64, but I don't remember it all to well, so I guess it was a game I didn't get in to. I never got into Fable. I played it and was impressed at first, but then it started to get boring and I stopped playing it.

Now on to some games I'm really excited about. Silent Hill 5. I am a huge fan of the series and I hope it turns out well. I really hope Naughty Dog makes a new Jak and Daxter. That is one of my most favorite games. Starcraft 2. I believe this game needs no explanation. Resident Evil 5. I loved the new gameplay style iin #4 and I can't wait for this one. MGS4. I loved the last games in the series, so I should expect a great game this time around as well as an epic ending. I can't think of anything else right now....oh ya, Little Big Planet. needs no explanation.

Gears of War 2 very much, Fable2 not really the first one was good but i didn't think it needed a sequel. Banjo 3 i have high expectations for this game i loved the last 2 but i don't think Microsoft will pull the third off well.00Raziel00

I personally think Microsoft would make Banjo 3 the worst platformer of this generation. Luckily, Microsoft aren't making Banjo 3.

I guess i'm mostly looking forward to Fable 2, as long as they can deliver and the game doesn't feel tedious.

Fable 1 was a 7hr RPG that I beat in a weekend...worse RPG experience EVER. I can't believe lemmings hype this crap and bash the PS3 for having short games.

Yh I hope Banjo doesn't revolve around vehicles too much. It is a platformer after all, not twisted metal or something.

Fable 2, Not gonna touch that game untill it has been reviewed, digested and regugitated by several reviewers and gamers.

TBH the length was the only thing that really got to me...well...that and everything he said he'd put into the game that he didn't even attempt to do.

But that length thing, (7hours) It came out of nowhere and it's not like any of the game reviewres made any mention of this (Really does make me wonder about the reviewres of some MS games). After that there was no way in the hell I was givin that **** even more money to play :roll: "teh lost chapters" a whole 3 months later.

He probably had that **** sitting in the wings because he knew he had given gamers only 1/3 of a game and charged them full game price, but knowing that some of them were foolish enough to actually pay to finish the full game..he introduce... "Teh lost chapters"

So "teh lost chapters" may very well have been 20hrs (I didn't play it) but damn, if that's the case why in the **** couldn't this jerk have put that into the original game?

The guy is a clown IMHO and I wouldnt trust anything he says, but I hope your unyeading trust in a guy who lied to gamers before pays off for you. You probably wont know the real deal until you actually Buy the game, but that's not a chance that I'm willin to take--not for that liar molenex or whateva his name is.

wow a developer saying the game is 20x bigger then the first...never seen that before...i bet you get 7 hours outta the campaign and maybe a little more outta the extra crap. also its not free raoming...just cause you can jump off a bridge into river doesn't mean it is. theres prob an invisible wall not long after walk/swimming up the river. and like i said to you in another thread. the guy overseeing fable 2 built up sooo much ridiculous hype for the first its not even funny. and you can bet he's doing the same for #2. seriously in a different thread you bashing sony for not delivering their promises. but when fable 2 is only 7 or 8 hours long(and it will be)your just gonna shrug it off.

that all being said. i personally would like to play the game as even though the first one didn't deliver i still enjoyed it. BK3 id also like to try. ive never played one but i haven't really seen one bad comment about the games so it sounds like its worth a go

If that's how you feel then enjoy man. I'm not trying to bash because I'm a fanboy or something, I just don' t want gamers wastin their money for not knowing what their gettin into and comming away disappointed/bitter like I did because reviewrs failed to mention the down falls of the game

Funny how GS was quick to point out that GT5p was only half a game and not worth the purchase (a racer) and failed to mention that for Fable (a freckin RPG) hyped to be the greatest game of all time.
