again no, any duo core is much more powerfull then the 360 Triple core.
and owning a QuadCore these days isnt that smart, most games wont use 25% of the cpu potential and in 1year it will be outdated.

Why is it not smart when it costs the same as the 3.0 GHZ Duo core?

you are still funny tho, there are more physics involved on a single crysis tree falling down then in any aspect of the whole stranglehold game.
Its the same person >.> someone is getting scared cause they're getting scared of the massive flamage their getting for thinking Crysis would run on any home console its like FF7 on the Atari

No i wont waste my time googling for specifc benches, and 3dMarks just to make you happy when i already know iam right and i dont need to proove anything to you to feel better about my self.
about the quadcore getting old we all know it, and about most games that wont use its potential any pc experienced gamer knows that games dont take full advantage of duocores yet let alone quad

as with all ea games, they will get ported to other platforms so ea can make more money.
That said, it doubt the game will look anywhere near as good on consoles.

Thats because you dont understand that every game thats on PC and (insert console name here) has the colsole version gimped, consoles dont have enough RAM, ya bioshock is on both but it looks better and runs better on PC, and yes, I have played both.

If the PPC core was so powerful, then why would MAC start using C2D in all the new mac lines?
bioshock look better run better on pc? cant be that much better it didnt score even 1 tenth of a point higher on gamespot 9.0 9.0justinpate
it doesnt work that way....everyone expects a PC game too look better then a console game.....higher res and more AA and AF is a given.
splinter cell double agent didnt look better on pc then the xbox 360 version even at the highest pc settings the gamespot review says so
why do you think halo 2 on the pc needs 1 gigabyte of system ram because consoles dont need nearly as much ram as pcs do so dont be so quick to say oh xbox 360 512 ram could never handle crysis because 512 console ram is really worth alot more if its not ram in a computerjustinpate
Halo 2 on the PC looked far better then the console version.....

No not Everygame, some of em looks better on Xbox 360as example justcause, Hitman bloodmoney, Carbon, etc. Xbox360 still has the best looking game avaiable right now Cuz Crysis isnt out yet who knows maybe there will be a huge downgrade!

Blood money and Carbon look better on PC, cause a decent PC can take those games to very high res and massive AA + AF. Best looking game? I never knew the 360 got STALKER, or Supreme Comander.[QUOTE="justinpate"]A 4 year old 6800 ultra ran Quake 4 better than the 360 with better framerate, what does that tell you.splinter cell double agent didnt look better on pc then the xbox 360 version even at the highest pc settings the gamespot review says so

those are very early games.....
crysis wont get downgraded....PC games are scalable....they dont get downgraded.
GEOW is coming out on the PC anyway at around the same time as crysis....and looks by far better then the console version....not only running at a higher res, more AA, DX10...ETC...but they also removed the DOF effect in order to have a much more crisp, visible backound.

Do you honestly beleive MS is so generous that they would put a CPU from 2005 that outperforms a CPU from 2006 at have the cost of the 360? It seems your IQ is low, MS wanted to cut cost as much as posible.[QUOTE="muscleserge"]^of what game?Latina_Chick
