uhh, no, not really...they worked fine. possibly you have a bit of difficulty with the windows OS. i've run professional video editing off all of those OS, and have never had a problem. face it, you had a 360 break on you, and now you're just bitter at MS.

PS3 owners are more mature like me (27). So since we have a life and can't play games every hour of the week, we have a choice to make. PS3 was the best choice for me! I don'T need a 360 or a Wii. I'm a COW! If SONY ever would get out of the business i would be a SHEEP. I'll never be a LEMMING! I'll stop playing games before i'm forced to buy MS products other then a PC. Then again i should get MAC now that they're taking over. I won't play games all my life i guess! 40 year old gamer sounds ugly! I'm on the track of being one and that'S sad.

I work in IT, have my A+, Net +, and windows server 2003 certifications, I know windows, ME (Millennium Edition ) was rushed to meet the 2000 dead line, XP was hack less then 24 hour of its release and took 6 month to a year for SP2 to come out. Vista is pure garbage. Microsoft is garbage, the 360 proved it as well.

I personally don't see a reason for an X360. I almost bought one for Gears, I almost bought one for Bioshock and I even had it in my cart when Mass Effect came out, but all those games have come to PC. So the combination of PS3 and PC offers the best bang for my buck. Between the two I get true exclusives for PS3 and everything else I want for X360 I can play on my PC. Add in the hardware failures, the ridiculous online fee, the overpriced accessories, the DRM issues, and I see no reason for an X360 especially at it's current price.

Answer the highlights: If its a issue, why keep giving Microsoft money when they are not fixing the problem? Why support a company like that. Sony fix the PS2 problem.

No, sony did NOT fix the DRE problem, and it was an issue for the first 4 years of the PS2's life. If your PS2 broke you paid to fix it. MS sends you a box, you send it to them, and you get it back at no cost to you. If you want to hold MS to Sony's standard of "fixing" the PS2, then everybody who got theirs fixed for free should send MS a check for 140 bucks, and expect the issue to hang around for another year and a half(after all, it DID take sony 4 years to release the slimline which pretty much fixed the DRE problem, and the RROD has only been around for 2 and a half years).

I agree with EmperorSupreme, it's not being a fanboy, it's being rational, I'd love for someone to give me a 360, but the investment is just not worth it when you have PS3 + 360, best combo this gen by faaaar.
