I don't see how. I can't bash CoD for its map design, because I think they do a great job, but even though the buildings are unique, they aren't really "buildings." You might as well build a mound and throw a fence around it and it would serve the same purpose.

Off topic for a sec: Would using a different image host other than tinypic improve the look of my screenshot? It was extremely blurry...

Here is the main difference between COD and BF.

Comparing MW3 PC to BF3 PC, I can easily say BF3 trumps it by a landslide. MW3 is running on an old engine which looks identical to COD4, MW2, and Black Ops. So... come again?

And yes, I own all the Call of Duty games, even WAW.. and the graphics are downright awful.

Just played the BF3 beta and I think it's a good looking game. The animation and character models look great.

It didn't strike me as being all that better looking than BC2.

Ok i have read enought of your nonsense, now that you said the game looks like garbage im going to say you DEFINITELLY need an EYE exam. I still play it till this day on both 360 and PC maxed out , i think it looks better then BF3 maxed right now because im playing the beta at the moment and im not that impressed, i think its the metro map anyways. So please dont call its graphics garbage, Call of Dutys graphics were garbage after #4, all static environments, no physyx at all.

I don't think I've ever heard that comparison, EVER, with exception the high end PC footage of BF3 being the only example, and that's a game that has yet to be released. Battlefield games get their universal praise for their strong multiplayer gameplay (not graphics!).lamprey263

I think BF3 looks great, obviously I cannot max the game out (for now) since i only have an Intel Core i5 & an ATI HD6870 but even with these i can run the game with decent visuals and steady frame rate, and i have to say it looks great.. Cant wait to see/play through the sp campaign and the other mp maps :)

Agree.. even if Black Ops & BC2 were on the same level in terms of visuals, i'd still give my vote to BC2 due to scale & destructibility..

Just played the BF3 beta. I edited the OP to clarify. BF3's graphics are not in the same league of BC2 so it should be clear that I was talking about BC2 and had assumed that BF3 had similar graphics (which they do look like based on the videos).brandontwb

BFBC2 have better graphics than any cod...

Been player the beta for the last few hours, I have to say it has the best textures i've ever seen outside of a mod and the overall graphics are very impressive.

How so? It's correct, even I, who has very little knowledge about graphics and programming, know that BF has more technical capabilities than CoD.
