why is the 360 outselling the ps3?

It has the better library......and it appeals to westerners more than the ps3........ps2 did great last gen because it was packed with 3rd party games, and it was the only system out there for 'hardcore gamers'........it had no competition other than gamecube.....but now thats changed......there are two consoles that appeal to mostly hardcore gamers......sony now has competition........sony doesnt do well with competition......cough cough Samsung and sony cough

because it's a $100 cheaper? Thing is with live which is its main selling point that's $50 so suddenly it's a $50 difference. The elite is actually more expensive. The ps3 has blu-ray, wifi, better hardware, better games coming. Is this just another case of microsoft preying on the stupidity of the world? It pays to be first. MY friend has one so it must be better?

2.made original ps franchises multiplats or exclusive

3. it came out 1 year before.
