3. CD KEYS, these things are annoying as hell to type in and usually at least takes me about 10 goes. I mean why can't they just make it like consoles so PCs are pirate-proof.

4. Lack of variety - PC games only have shooters, when was the last time you heard a PC gamer play something that isn't a shooter? counter stirke? nope, team fortress? nope

5. High price and easily breakable - I have a PC and it costs $2000! Not to mention I keep getting viruses on it and stuff and costs me so much to fix it.

1. you seriously cant wait 5 mintues to install a game? xbox360 and ps3 although not mandatory, have optional installs for FASTER LOADING.

2. WOW has 8 million users, patches do NOT ONLY FIX games, but also add new things to the game. xbox360 and PS3 games get patches too. if the game is running and playing good, but a patch can make it better, than why not? dont yo uwant to play a game that runs better?

3. you're an idiot. consoles are NOT pirate proof. if it takes you 10 tries to enter in a cd key, then thats your problem for not being able to enter in a cd key.

4.only shooters? what is microsofts biggest franchise?? oh yea a shooter. a shooter that would most likely look and play better on a pc. what about mass effect? another game that looks better on the pc with fast loading times. fallout 3? same thing, faster loading, better graphics, and FREE mods.

5. high price? yea i guess if you're a total idiot and dont know how to build a pc then it can cost you a lot. i have an i7 build that cost $590.00. less than my ps3 at lauch, and guess what..... it does more than play games. you have a pc that cost 2,000? you probably didnt build it yourself. you have viruses and you PAY to get it fixed? hahhhahaha you don't know anyhting about pcs. by the way isnt the xbox360 the system with a 50% failure rate?

WoW could go without patches, it's just that Blizzard choose to do them. It would be worse if WoW didn't get patches.
Also, the variety point is way off. Ever heard of RTS? Arguably PC's best genre.

2. There's not so many bugs only with PC games. It's just PC games have been patched for so many years to fix and improve on things that it's now become normal and expected from the community to have things patched, no matter how minor they are.
3. Again as with number 1, you seriously lack patience. Maybe this is a console gamer trait, I'm not sure.
4. You say PC games only have shooters yet you previously listed WoW as a PC game, which isn't a shooter.
5. PCs are expensive if you don't know what to buy and where to buy it from. As for breaking them, it goes back to what I just said again. Maybe you're getting frustrated when you're installing the game or typing in that terrible, OH-SO terrible CD key that you're breaking the PC yourself. No wait, you said it was viruses. Yeah, get an anti-virus if you're surfing 'those' websites, you naughty boy you.

And please don't comment on patches for MMOs again because you really don't seem experienced in that area to do it.

1. Installation doesn't take that long. And you only have to do it once.

2. Console games have bugs. 360 has a 50% death rate.

3, Consoles suffer from piracy.

4. RTS Games, Simulations, RPGS.

5. By the time you need to upgrade a decent PC a new console will be out. You don't need to spend 2K to play high end stuff.

6. You still don't have Crysis :P

TC is an idiot to think PC will die first against Wii, PS3, XBOX 360. if you have done your research correct. You do know there has been many gens of console that have died, yet PC is still alive? please explain this? what possibility this gen console will live longer than pc?

The XBOX 360 is a joke and you cant get it fixed for free in every case so you and others can give that rest.

1. Get this my Fallout 3 loads so much quicker the time i spent installing it i would have made that up 100 fold compared to my mate playing it on the PS3 100 fold easily. Im talking him waiting 30 seconds or more while i wait what 5 or less. 1 Game yes but it applys to a lot not only that installing to a quick Hardrive improves performance of games but i doubt you know that huh.

2. You have no idea what your talking about! Patches are there to improve the game a fix any potential problems. LIKE BALANCING ISSUES for units or perhaps bugs. I dont see the PS3 version of Fallout 3 doing that.

4. Wheres the Witcher, Dawn of War, World of Warcraft, Crysis, Sins of a Solar Empire, Neverwinters Nights 2, Stalker? HUH? Yeah they pee on the majority of Console games as well take my word for it. Apart from the Wii i can safely say i have played the majority of all present highly rated games and even the past 4 generations of console and PC games.

5. No not for every error or stupid malfunction as far as i know. im still peeved at our community for defending Microsoft so much when they release such shoddy hardware. Its not on and they are getting away with murder! I guess the great games and XBox Live are saving them for now oh and the well established community.
