Why some console gamers refuse to accept this fact?

I have a gaming PC and a 360. Sometimes it's just easier and more engaging to pop a disk in the 360, grab a controller, and play something without messing with any details. That's how I look at it at least.

I love gaming on the PC, but Im not wedded to it. I do think consoles have some great games and certain advantages.

I like my platform (PC) very much,so I have nothing to admit,but I don't label it as an "A class",since that is pointless!

Platform choice is subjective,we may argue "objective facts" like technical specs all day long,but in the end,the point of a platform is to have fun,and definition of fun is a personal thing.Just grab the one that fits your gaming needs the best,and provides you with the most fun...

My preference in PC doesn't make me in any way "better" than other gamers here,whose preferences are different than mine's,so no "A class" crap for me ...

But how can Pc be on the same level as console when it has numerous hardware and 3rd party advantages? The only advantage of a console is the "plug in and play" bit but honestly i pity you if you arn't smart enough to set up a computer.

Not that I'm agreeing with the other guy... but controls can never be an argument against the PC. I play almost all of my PC games with a DS3. You are never limited control wise on a PC. If you want to try playing Battlefield 3 with a SNES controller you can. It wouldn't work well at all, but the option is there.

But in terms of gaming trying to argue one is better than the other is dumb. It all depends on what you like. The Wii was the least powerful platform this gen with arguably the weakest lineup of games. I can still say that 5 out of my top 10 favorite games this gen were Wii exclusives. PC may be the best from an objective point of view regarding hardware capabilities, options and overall freedom, but it all comes down to the games we enjoy in the end.

Well PC is better since you can upgrade hardware and all that fancy stuff but I'm still a console gamer at heart.

Hmmm how about nope, nope and nope? Best console fps? Sure. Best console tps? Eh.. its arguable. Best racing sim? :lol::lol::lol: Consoles still dont even have a racing sim, but as far as simcade Forza is pretty damn great. I still prefer the driving in GT for my simcade fix.

3. The most genres

4. The best gfx

5. The best online

7. The most players, and more used world wide (concurrent and total) (also results in the most game unit sales than any single console)

8. The best version of "90%" of multiplats.

Your opinion on how MMO/RTS dont' count are irrelevant, PC is factually the best every gen.

PC is the best platform but it doesn't have games so its kinda useless, best games nowdays are console exclusive
