What, you don't see the "Oh, Wii Sports is crap!" posts?
WII SPORTS is CRAP. No, it's not. It's quite fun.[QUOTE="Jandurin"]Who says they hate Wii sports?-The-G-Man-

It hasnt been nearly as bad lately but as for why it does get flack "Its teh nongamer tech demo!"I'll answer that when sheep explain why they hate GTA so much.Bread_or_DecideIt just got old to me after GTAIII. I'm just not a fan of sandbox games in general. I hope No more heros really offers something new (it looks like part of it is sandbox) If GTAIV really mixes it up I might get it, too.

The sequels, yeah, I just hate that its treated like nothing when it was the most influential game of the last gen. It was both good and bad. Sandbox games have gotten out of hand...to the point where I love linear games lol.
Wii Sports is fine, but its just a uber tech demo. Make it with better graphics, deeper gameplay, perhaps online as well and then I'll take it seriously.

Wii sports is fun but I havent played it in like a month. It does get old eventually.web966
It does get old after long periods of time, say over an hour. I usually just do a quick run-through of tennis, baseball, and bowling most days.

I know. I was being obtuse. (on purpose)I like the idea of new sports being downloadable however....gingerdividwhere did that come from? and why would a game that comes free with the system be downloadable and take up all of the system memory
Wii Sports is more of a Demo of the things the Wii can do.. its not really a full fledged game.. I can't wait for the actual games, like Mario Tennis.. Where you can do various moves (slice, spin, forehand, backhand) as you do in real life.. then we'll separate the real Tennis players from the amateurs... ^__^
People shouldn't complain.. Wii Sports is Free... F-R-E-E if it were 39.99 (or even 29.99) then I would certainly complain.
cause its way too basic to offer lasting fun, its a typical game, thats why it got the score it deserved 7.8, not even AAGears360I think its a great game in its own way. Its like a marathon game that you can play over and over and you never really master. I think it has an appeal like a real dart board in your basement. Its always fun and if someone brings up a challenge you want to play. Its lasting in that sense. Its a not a 'lets get some serious game progress established' The smartest thing they did was package this game in with the system.
It seems that most 360 and PS3 owners don't like Wii Sports. And I must ask you: why? It's great fun, and I play it almost everyday. Judging by some of the generic reasons people use to say it's crap, I doubt some of the haters have played it.-The-G-Man-It's an okay game but sheep act like it's a masterpiece. The graphics are horrible, it's kind of fun, most of the mini-games don't suck, and it doesn't get boring too fast.

Wii Sports is probably the most important game in quite some time, it's defiitely having more of an impact on our industry then stuff like Gears, Zelda, or Resistence. I don't have a problem with people that don't like it, but people who mindlessly bash it and try to belittle it's importance are just ignorant.Zerostatic0
Ugh here we go again. Go out on the street and ask somebody what Wii Sports is. Their response: :? Why must sheep continue to think this game is so important? It has had a very small impact and the only reason why people play it is because it was free. I remember one sheep saying that it sold 5 million copies  Um because it came with the system maybe?! It's not as important as Gears, which is actually a true game.
Ther is no meat to the game, you play the mini games, and after about a hour the "this is cool" factor is gone.shaggymcpI've been playing since xmas and i still find it a blast. Its a good stress reliever on top of it. But its not your typical gaming so I can see how people can get bored with it.
I'll answer that when sheep explain why they hate GTA so much.Bread_or_DecideI'm mostly sheep, and I don't hate GTA. :| So, why do you hate WiiSports?
