Why is there "no doubt?"

Improved controls and save system, among other things:
http://kotaku.com/5027512/dead-rising-wii-is-official-brilliantly-renamed
The lemkids will probably deny it, but Dead Rising looks almost identical on the Wii. This is just more proof that the Wii is infact capable of showing how powerfull the system can be if good games are developed on it.
So now that the Wii has proved itself worthy to be part of this current generation era of gaming, how do you Lemkids and cows respond?
ng1234
HAHAHAHA no.
Textures downgraded
Resolution downgraded
Geometry downgraded
number of A.I (IE zombies) downgraded...
should I go on...
I'm sure me and plenty of other people with Wii's disagree with you, I for one can't wait for the game but I'm definitely not hyping it's graphics. It looks decent but not up to the level you're saying...
Oh but I'm also sick of people going "Lul it got no zombies, da 360 version had 20000 zombies on screen look at this bullshot."
Please post in game shots for crying out loud!
"But dere is more dan dat in places!!!" Yes I know there is, notice anything similar between these and the Wii shots? Oh yes that's right they are both near the beginning of the game, where the zombies have just broken in, and where there aren't many on screen. I swear half the people moaning at the Wii version haven't played it on 360 or they'd know simple things like this...
So can we let this stupid argument die until the game actually gets some in game footage on Wii. If there are still no zombies then, I give you permission to shout about how Wii owners got owned as much as you want. Until then ZIP IT.
If you want people to stop hate on the Wii version becouse we haven't played it yet I want ALL the SHEEP to stop hyping this game to be any good. The game can turn out horrible so until you play it ZIP IT.I'm sure me and plenty of other people with Wii's disagree with you, I for one can't wait for the game but I'm definitely not hyping it's graphics. LOL You have never play the 360 version NOOB
I have a wii and have the 360 versionof this game and its like that NOOb
Even the demo have like 60 and 70 zombis
I highly doubt you played the 360 version either.
It's not going to be the exact same game. Obvious. It's not going to look the same. It's not going to have the zombie count. it could be a hell of a lot fun. 360 owners should be thrilled its going to Wii. It may make Wii owners think "Wow. That game was cool. I wonder what the 360 is like?" and it may make them buy a 360. Seriously.
Capcom is usually a good developer, and they know how to handle the Wii/GC. It'll be good either way.

So I'm not allowed to say I think it'll be good because the 360 version is amazing, and because I have faith that Capcom, one of the best Wii developers, will deliver a port that more than makes up for the Wii's lack of tehnical power. But everyone can bash it because there are 5 screenshots where there aren't many zomibes. I just posted screenshots of the 360 version and they don't have many zombies in. Basically what you are saying is nobody can ever hype a game ever again before playing it because there is always a chance. I however am saying that why bash a game you have so little information on...
And person who said it's confirmed to have less zombies, can I have a link to that, not doubting you I just haven't read that anywhere reliable.

eeeehhh no TC. im a big fan of the wii n all.....but difference in terms of graphics is night and day. ive seen it running on the 360 and its quite a site.
if capcom can get 100s of zombies on screen and keep a stable framerate on wii then that will be impressive in its own right. but the graphics arent even close to the 360 in fairness.
[QUOTE="ng1234"]As long as I can see the difference between objects and zombies, for me the visuals are perfectly fine.

Both of you, go play the 360 version of Dead Rising now.
You're calling it a bullshot for the wrong reasons. In the 360 version, you would see the weapon you equipped in the top-right corner which may or may not use ammo. In addition, the 360 version used the health block system, not the health bar system.
As for the other person, note that Frank is standing on the side of a truck. However, the problem is that it's impossible to actually get one inside there. In addition, the zombie count and positioning is incredibly off. Not many zombies are supposed to be on the stairs as they easily trip, also leading to the fact that there can be only a few zombies on the second floor. Zombies are also grouped in clusters that don't fill the entire mall.
My HTML is very well-formed, thank you very much GameSpot!

Bullshot. The maintenance tunnels are nowhere near as bright as that picture nor could you see that far. In addition, some zombies are carrying weapons when they shouldn't be in the maintenance tunnels.

dead rising is not my cup of tea) but IF i would buy the 360 version. i know that there is ammo in the 360 version but its just funny how people compare in-game shots from the wii version with something else from the 360 version:P

Some guy posted some real ingame 360 screenshots on page 3 which prove the point much more convincingly. Anyway, what are you trying to say? I hope you dont agree with the TC on this one...
Isn't there some youtube video of the game or something? If anyone still really cares?
Whatever the 360 version does isn't going to effect my experience on the Wii. I know the graphics on 360 are better. I know it has more zombies. I know it plays different. Maybe there are different things to enjoy on both versions? Just a wicked thought...

...When did I ever claim the Wii version would be superior, I merely said I think it will be a good game or is that not allowed either. I am happy to hear people say it will be the inferior version, because in some ways it will be. I just hate people (not you) for having these silly opinions that the game will definitely have less zombies and will definitely suck because of that. I do agree with what you said, the Wii version might not have a large amount of zombies, but there is one screenshot from the old Famitsu scans that gives me faith.
http://img208.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=96202_DRW1_122_507lo.jpg
Bottom right hand corner shot, that place (Just down the elevator from the roof) in the 360 has less zombies than that, and there are a fair few in there. It's not much but it shows to me at least that they are still going to be packing the zombies in there.
As for the link, I hardly count Kotaku as a realiablesource, I was thinking more like from themouth of an actual Capcom employee. Thanks for providing one though.
I'm still waititng for gameplay though, I think all arguing from everyone should be put on hold until we see some more concrete evidence =p

Page 3? I use 50 posts per page. :?
I'm not agreeing with the TC. I'm just a Dead Rising and Nintendo fan telling others to use some real shots to get the point across. So far, I've just seen bashing of the Wii's graphical capabilities without the proof to back it up.

Perhaps bullshot wasn't exactly the right word now that you point that out. Perhaps it's an early build of the game for reasons I pointed out earlier. All I know is it's definitely not a shot from the released version of the game.
These screen shots are getting confusing. Some have the health bar. Some don't. And when they do, I see 3 different types of healthbars.
Which health bar is on 360 and which is on Wii?

If you check Bobbytybob's comparison, it looks pretty similiar. Either I have to get my eyes checked, or you people are over reacting. The difference is miniscule... 360 version will perhaps have some lightning effects etc etc. Nothing special that really enhances the gameplay to the point where the game is more fun to play.
