Wii has as many AAA e's as 360 yet its been out only half the time

But i would gladly throw away ALL Wii games like ... SMG and SSBB or Mario kart, that are nothing iwould ever play in the first place, just to have Mass Effect and Losto Dyssey on my 360

Sorry, Wii is an overrated garbage to me, the few good games are the not hyped ones, like Fire Emblem, and frankly PS2 could run most Wii games, if not all

Yeah but neither Gears of War or halo is really that good. Gears is alright but online isnt as good as i expected while halo is 2nd rate carbon copy of any other FPS which has been released. Damn im 23 and i'd rather play Mario any day of the week at least its got some orignal aspects in the game unlike both GoW and Halo.

Maybe if you paid attention a bit more you'd know what games are really coming out for the Wii. No Zelda, no Metroid, a Mario spinoff and the rest is new, fresh IPs and improved third party support.

Square-enix said they're going to concentrate more on Nintendo platforms because of the rapidly increasing sales. Next CoD game also coming to Wii when CoD4 wasn't... theres lots of other interesting third party titles coming up as well, such as Boom Blox with VR head tracking.

I didnt say SSBB or SMG got high scores just because it's Nintendo and has Mario on the cover. That would make Gamespot a highly unethical and terrible game reveiwing site. I'd like to give them some credit. But because a lot of Nintendo'games are AAAE and because you people are popping open champagne bottles over this, how in the world can Xbox 360 and PS3 even compete fairly? It's tough to secure a game as exclusive when developers want to maximize their profits and make it multiplatform. In a way that's a form of flattery, that a game like Bioshock, Portal, GTA4, and Assassin's Creed is proted across all two or three, and it's sort of a minor biting insult to the Wii that it doesnt even have any of these games and wasnt even considered :lol:

First of all, SSBB doesnt have as much content as Halo 3.

And secondly, i think GS simply gave SSBB a 9.5 so haters could get off their backs. I mean , come on! The sequel to a 8.9 rated game, that simply added a few more characters, game modes, and online play on a crappy online service?? Why is that a 9.5?

Melee and Brawl were reviewed by two completely different people. If the guy that reviewed Brawl reviewed Melee, maybe he would've given it a 9.8, or even a 10. So that really explains it. The guy just has a taste for the series.

there is nothing that is unimpressive there. Its dumb 360 fanboys like you that hype up every 360 game announced which causes an effect that there are 50 AAA titles per year. When in reality the PS3 and Wii have good games coming and the 360 is just a rehash of fps games.

The Nintendo Wii has two awesome games: Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Brawl. Those are the only 2 awesome games in the system, and I doubt there will be more in the future. As you can see the fuel that drives the Wii is starting to run out: the strongest tittles have already been out to the market in less than a year, Nintendo is unable to give customers good AA games, lacks any interesting multiplayer environment, and someday people will realize graphics are important for gaming...

The Xbox 360 has 2 years in the market, and it has many exclusive and awesome games: Gears of War, Mass Effect, Halo 3, Forza Motorsport 2 (which actually comes for free), and Bioshock. And those are only console/PC exclusive, I can also name: Call of Duty 4, Oblivion, Orange Box, Rainbow Six, Assassin's Creed, Burnout Paradise all AAA games that are not in the Wii. Plus the 360 has HUNDREDS of GREAT AA games: Dead Rising, Saints Row, Eternal Sonata, Project Gotham Racing, Crackdown, GRAW 1 & 2, Command & Conquer 3, Lost Odyssey, Devil May Cry 4, Viva Piñata, to name a few.

The Xbox 360 has a future. We can see Halo Wars being created by what's probably the greatest RTS developer that's not Blizzard. There's also Fable 2, Ninja Gaiden II and Fallout 3.

To give you my honest opinion, Wii will die this year, as the PS3 and 360 prices for down and people see the quality they are getting for probably the same price.

PD: Sorry I did not mention PS3, but he IS only attacking the 360...

Well, go to your local game store and get Tiger Woods 2008... and if golf's not your thing try Tramua Center. I have a few friends that have wii's and when I tell them about Tramua Center they're like "wow, can you actually do that?" operation+blood+wii+high-def= an awesome game, go try this game out before moaning about how the wii has no third party support

because the Wii doesnt even have more AAAe's than the 360, your pretty much paying more to have the same amount of quality games, which doesnt make much sense. Also its forcing you to have to own 2 consoles to play most of the quality games this gen, this is why the Wii has been referred to as a secondary console.
