the game does look very good visually. Technically though, any system coiuld run it.

I'm not discrediting these games everyone, i'm just pointing out that people have OPINIONS on art and thus these thread are useless. You can't end a thread with any other game because art comes down to preference, nothing else.

I don't have to own anything you do. You knocked the art style of a game I own. However you don't own it so you cannot form an accurate opinion. If you did own it then that'd be closer to an informed opinion.

When it comes to artstyIe, there is no "best," only favourites. I personally don't like the styIe of Oboro Muramasa Youtouden, I much preferred Odin Sphere's Nordic mythology influence.foxhound_fox

For me, i'm big into detail, so when I look at this:

I don't just see the forground, but I pay more attention to the layers: the grass, fields, hay stacks, houses, fences, gates, hills, trees and sky. I grew up in Kansas, so this particular picture reminds me of standing at the top of one of Kansas's tallest mountains (it's pretty short) and looking down on the fields below. It's stunning...

Now, in contrast:

This pictures, when animated, looks incredible. Some people don't like the semi-choppy motion of it, but I think that adds character. Also, the sky reminds me of Elisya from Metroid Prime 3, and I LOVED that place. Also, the boat moves up and down in a rocking motion which just adds to the value of visuals.

The combat wasnt supposed to be hard but it was fun to me , especially the interaction between the battle, the crowd and the stage itself. not to mention the writing and story was grade A as were the graphics and even more so the environments. Sonic_on_crack

The only flaw in this is no one can own demon blade that includes you and me because its not out yet. You compared vc to a ds game. Two wrongs don't make a right, but in this case one of the wrongs is more wrong because you made a comparison to something that can be owned yet you don't own it. Btw do you really live in kansas? teehee

Looks like a PS2 game, I think a congratulation is in order.
