Wii the PS2 of this generation

Its dominating sales wise over every other console. It has the most exclusive titles. More innovative then any other console.

As for bad online service. Xbox had superior online service compared to the PS2. And look how that turned out.

I think we will slowly start seeing more support from developers this year.

Wii-Fit and Super Mash Bros Brawl will move more systems then any other software combined.

PS3 and 360 are just battling for the 2nd place. Kinda sad :lol:

Cows will deny it, but it's pretty much true. Were looking at a 100 mill+ console here and will have tons of great exclusives and shovel ware.

You could also compare it to the PS1 and the DS.

Wii has the LEAST amount of AA's and AAA's, the PS2 had by far the most last generation. That's why the PS2 is remembered as the best console. It had the best library. Wii is in LAST place in that department. Other than Brawl, the Wii will have another weak year in that department. Nothing like the PS2, apart from sales.

How many? You also know what. Exclusives are more important then your total AAA count. It's the marginal issues that decide it.

I didn't think the PS2's library was that good, it was full of junk, and had a few gems every year.

In this generaton, the xbox360 is more like the ps2.

The PS3 is kind of lost at the moment.

The 360 has the most diverse library at this time, the Wii doesnt have a single game for certain genres like WRPG, racing simulators, RTS, or fighters(changing soon), etc...

Quality over quantity, so I'd go for SMG, LoZTP, MP3 and Brawl.

Also online support will increase. Pokemon Battle Revelution and many more games are starting to have online support enabled for the Wii.

Nintendo will fix the service this year I'm hopefully sure about it.

I thought the PS2 did have the best games, not only because it had the widest range of choices, but also because I thought they were better than what the GC had.
