Firstly, I never owned a GTX7800, dummy. Guess what? Your 360 can't even start my version of The Witcher2, you know the version WITHOUT SPRITES? Now lets get back to the GTX7800, sure it'll crap out playing the PC VERSION, just like your 360 will crap out playing the PC version. You see no one makes a special low res, low detail sprite infested version for old graphics card because the market just isn' there. There are lots of YEARS old 360's everywhere so they do make a special low res, low detail sprite infested version for it.

Here's what The Witcher 2 really looks like. As you can clearly see it's a different version than your low res, low detail, sprite infested, faded colours version.

If it boils down to beggars can't be choosy, the player can force himself to play it. It just wouldn't look pleasing and it will look strange because of missing textures*. There's differing levels of missing stuff though. The 360 version misses a lot of stuff like shadows that are present on the PC version. By your definition, the 360 version of The Witcher 2 wouldn't be playable either.

*That's no different than when some textures (like the track) in Forza 3 that go missing sometimes due to RAM starvation.

I didn't know I was supposed to like the WiiU because of graphics.

I always assumed gameplay is what actually mattered, but this thread has proved me wrong.
