No, the 360 runs the light version, but its all you got so I guess you have to try big it up :)

That's a understatement Compared to full medium settings the 360 version is missing texture quality, uses 2D sprites. lower draw distances, lower LOD, missing shadows, and has 10x the loading screens. 360 version isnt even close to full medium settings on PC.Actually runs above PC medium and by Digital Foundry has vastly better lighting on top
And AA that PC does not have in the tests

Wii U launch games vs 4-5th generation 360 games? Man lemmings are getting desparate.
And the other shots were shown on high end PC's and not next generation consoles so that's self ownage right there.
My god. Comparing something two weeks old to something that's been out seven years?
It's as if you're asking a seven year old to fight a new born.
I wonder who would win that

Did you even read the review? As you might expect, from a nuts-and-bolts technical perspective, there are some easy wins for the PC: for a start, texture quality and filtering is generally in another league altogether compared to the Xbox 360 game.
PC also scores easy wins in terms of shadow quality and the number of them being rendered dynamically. Effects work doesn't just benefit from higher-precision buffers, but also from physically higher resolution: performance-sapping alpha effects such as smoke, fog and particles are clearly running at a lower res on the Xbox 360, with intersecting geometry often showing some noticeable jaggies.
In other areas we also see a generally higher quality of presentation on the PC game: both versions employ post-process anti-aliasing, and the effect is patently cleaner on the original release - the Xbox 360 game looks to be utilising console-quality FXAA or something very similar. Texture and geometry pop-in and draw distance also show clear advantages on PC, as you would expect.
Ouch,so much for the game beeing gens ahead

It's still a new console it doesn't matter. Comparing something that has had years to develop over something devs have had a year or so with/.You're a bumbling idiot.
Yea I know hardware strength increases but didn't it take 360 devs to take a little bit to learn the hardware?
I mean what it took 3 years to develop gears 1 visuals? and almost 8 to make gears 3?

Loose you do realise you just posted like 15 bullshots of average looking games right?

once you go wii u you cant go back i tried playing gta iv , lol and that was it i couldnt take the lousy draw distances any longer , sub hd! lol zombie u looks amazing , looks like goldeneye007 on pills and we all know that pd and ge were the 2 most technical looking games of their gen ,
These cards (7660 and 6670 > 5670 of WiiU) barely run Withcer 2 at 30fps in 360 specs
In fact Xenos runs it much better, with AA and above medium setting, which would bring both those other card fps to 15 or lowerIn general i expect the difference between xbox 720 and WiiU to be 2-3x bigger than Wii-360 difference
From what i gather WiiU only barely matches 360 in actual world performance and xbox 720 will have a top 2014 GPU, which will be anything from 20-30 times faster and stronger than thatloosingENDS
is that hard to understand that the xbox version is below medium settings and also it is in sud-HD?

ZombiU is a nice looking game but not more impressive than current gen. It's very different from a GTA. GTA having a big open world with more going on. It would be interesting to see GTAV on the Wii U if it got it, and how it would compare to the 360 and PS3 versions.
Have you read about Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and how it looks pretty much exactly like the 360 version, but worse performance? I saw that Batman and Epic Mickey 2 have performance issues too from the Giantbomb stream.
I guess devs will get more out of the Wii U in the future, but I'm not expecting a huge improvement. Something like higher res and/or framerate for some games. Not much else.

Ah, gotta love Glitchspot sometimes.....
Anyway, The Witcher 2 will start with any GeForce 7-series video card. You're already wrong right there.
However, some textures are transparent because the 7-series may be missing some features that the developers required in The Witcher 2 which is why they went with the 8-series as a minimum.
http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/387881-the-witcher-2-transparent-terrain-textures/
So, it can start but cant be played
LOL
So, no, 7800GTX cant play Witcher 2, obviously if you go down to 480p and zero effects/textures, will run it
But that is the PS1 version of Witcher 2, while xbox 360 runs the 2011 proper full version
Keep dreaming.

With Crysis, http://http.developer.nvidia.com/GPUGems3/gpugems3_ch16.html
Vegetation in games has always been mainly static, with some sort of simple bending to give the illusion of wind. Our game scenes can have thousands of different vegetations, but still we pushed the envelope further by making vegetation react to global and local wind sources, and we bend not only the vegetation but also the leaves, in detail, with all computations procedurally and efficiently done on the GPU.
PS; Original Crysis PC only supports one CPU core.

Xbox 360's Witcher 2 doesn't render at 1400x900 LOL. From http://forum.beyond3d.com/showthread.php?t=46241
Xbox 360's Witcher 2 at 1280x672 (FXAA). It's not even entry level HD.
From https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAJChfqHZj4
AMD Radeon HD 5650M + Intel Core i3 runs The Witcher 2 with High Settings and 1280x720p at 25-30 fps. My laptop's 5730M is faster than 5650M. CPU plays a big part with The Witcher 2.
Btw, updating video drivers helps.
Note that AMD Radeon HD 5650M was renamed as Radeon HD 7570M but with 64bit DDR3 memory. Radeon HD 7570M almost matches Wii U's GPU configuration. Not factoring Wii U's eDRAM btw.
Due to 64bit wide memory bus, Radeon HD 7570M is slower than Radeon HD 5730M/6570M.

360 runs TW2 less than 1280x720p i.e. less pixels.
PS; In relation to Wii U vs Xbox 360, I support all devices with AMD GPU.
We can all agree that the WiiU is the biggest flop in console history when it comes to a NEXT gen console. You know your NEXT GEN console is HORRIBLE, when it runs LAST GEN GAMES worse than the PREVIOUS gen consoles LOL
I didnt see mercenaries 2 run worse on ps3 and 360 in comparison to ps2. I didnt see the first most wanted game run worse on 360 than it did on ps2, lol Get my drift.
WiiU = UTTER FAILURE
