Ok, it will if it has to. But what if it doesn't have to? What if squeezing/cutting it so heavily just isn't 'worth it' in comparison to the 360 install base in 2010? I mean yes, Rockstar could do it -- if the 360 was roaring ahead of every other console (in spectacular fashion), IF that happens, yes it would 'have to' Otherwise? They won't bother, basically. And trust me, that won't happen.
By then the 360 will be a distant 3rd, and Rockstar won't make that sort of sacrifice.
If GTA is viable on a platform that already has 17 million users, do you mean to tell me, 2 years from now (since we are speculating here) in which it could have DOUBLE that amount, Rockstar is going to say"Oh no, MS is in 3rd place we won't develop for that platform!"

The 360 won't have 34 Million users in 24 Months time. In 2007 it had a worse year than 2006, despite having better/more games. Sales for the 360 are going to be on a steady decline from Autumn this year onwards. Please, pull yourself back into reality.
