Well hey, at least he *tried*, you only attempted 10% of the time. Which by the way, is why I ignored you. I only talk to people who are man enough to get into the entire debate, not jab and run away. Now, 17:15. Time to go soon, but I enjoy making you Xbox fanboys squirm so I'll come back to dish out more punishment.

What punishment?! Seriously, wait until 2010 is what we've been hearing since day 1. I want actual games on the store shelves right now that justify Blu-Ray. MGS4 for all you know could be 20 hours of horrible textures, what then?

The thing is, just because MGS4 takes up a lot, doesn't mean most games will. Kojima made Subsistence limited edition 3 DVDs.

Oh my god, the fanboyism has blinded them so much that they can't see! This reminds me of Nintendo fanboys back in the late 90's who couldn't accept reality.

"Space doesn't matter, carts aren't going anywhere."

"The 64 will have all exclusives by 2000, on carts".

And look what happened there. Face facts, DVD9 has no place beyond 2010/11.

You yourself just said beyond "2010/2011". Thanks for supporting the overwhelming majority of people who said bluray wasn't needed....YET. Most people have never questioned the need for larger formats, merely WHEN those formats should be used. This generation will have LONG since been decided by 2010/2011, if the 360 is the winner then games for this gen will still focus on DVD9, AND that timeframe is 5/6 years from the launch of the 360 meaning a new Xbox will be debuting WITH a larger media format that ALSO is mature enough to be fast enough to not need a HDD as a crutch for slow read speeds. If the generation is over before bluray becomes needed, then it obviously wasn't needed yet.
