Will Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword be more epic than God of War 3?

Do you think the Nintendo devs are watching what SCEA is doing with the new God of War? Would they make changes to compete? Looks like they have.

Can't say anything until I actually see gameplay and details. However, I doubt that it would be more 'epic'. It might be expansive, but I doubt there's anything near the scale of GoWIII in the game.

Right now, I don't even know if Nintendo made Zelda into a first person shooter or an RTS. :P

i guess it depends on what you define as "epic" especially since they are different kinds of games

I don't think it will be like that. Then again, we know next to nothing about the game.

Don't think epic is the right word. It will probably be fantastic, but I don't think it'll have the scale and epicness of GOW3. I'm not saying it won't be just as good as if not better than GOW3, but it just won't be as epic

Zelda games are ok, but i wouldnt really describe them as "epic." That termis thrown around far too often, it really kills the meaning.

yeah and if he had played it the whole way through (if not, why say its lame?) he would probably at least remember the name of the game he played, instead of just saying "the one for the GC". which one? tp? ww? OoT: Master Quest? Four Swords?

Zelda > GoW for me.

Not saying GoW is bad at all, but there is something about the Legend that never dies :D

For that to happen, it would have to be more epic than Shadow of the Colossus....and nothing is more epic than Shadow of the Colossus.

All I know is it's Zelda and I will play it and most likely love it. Just like SMG2 later this week.

I never really saw zelda as an "epic" type of game (aside from the boss battles).. at least not in the way GOW does it.

Nothing is really Known about the New Zelda. It's like comparing god of war 3 with a ghost. Will they put the polish on Zelda like they did with Mario galaxy or will it be another decent game (twilight Princess) which was a huge rehash. Won't know to We know much more detail.

I sure hope so, it will be tough to beat though.
